Not as much as the Green Arrow needed a hood! But sure....She need a witch hat
They talked about it/showed these briefly in the stream breakdown but I wouldn't call it common knowledge. Not sure if it's mentioned in the movelist proper anywhere. So I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere (I'm also not on Twitter though), but landing a hex buffs some of her specials and strings.
It buffs 21 parry damage, buffs astral spirit rip damage, and F23 MB will force a restand instead of a knockdown once it breaks so you can do something like a deep J2 into J2 crossup/noncrossup.
Doesn't buff DB3 parry as far as I can tell, and didn't test wall. This works regardless of the type of hex.
Whoops, didn't watch the stream. Well, the information is here now lol. And I don't think any of the altered properties are listed in the movelist IIRC.They talked about it/showed these briefly in the stream breakdown but I wouldn't call it common knowledge. Yeah it's doubtful that even most people in this thread would have watched the stream, and they mentioned it just briefly. I actually had forgotten about the interaction with F23MBWhoops, didn't watch the stream. Well, the information is here now lol. go off sisSpend all night working on this video so hope y'all like it. Also a big shot out to TYM babY! U know Uncle JBeezY gotta show his love & appreciation
So whoop there it is!
Who knows what each hex looks like and means?
Welcome dude. I got sick of flipping around and just made something on my phone real quick. Seems to get the job done though. Fehu (runes/sigils/glyphs) is the one that most people are becoming familiar with because it disables enemy special moves.@Saboteur-6 That is GOLDEN! Cuz i damn sure did not know what each mean or even looked like. Thank you for this!
YES! Look at my video I just postedDoes she have any good mid combos without using her trait?
Nice video!! Like the slowdowns with the notations so people that are not so accustomed to her moves yet know what you did.Spend all night working on this video so hope y'all like it. Also a big shot out to TYM babY! U know Uncle JBeezY gotta show his love & appreciation

That one D2 combo where i do it about 3 times (lol) was just for swagNice video!! Like the slowdowns with the notations so people that are not so accustomed to her moves yet know what you did.
Mind if I ask why you are going for a D2 in combos after a wallbounce instead of a J3? The D2 scales hard and you could get more damage the other way.
Keep up the good work
Yeah D2s are normally a big no-no mid combo. There are a select few characters that actually allow them to get more damage, Aquaman and Supes come to mind, but for the most part they scale the damage like crazyThat one D2 combo where i do it about 3 times (lol) was just for swag
But i honestly did not know D2 scales combo damage. Her jump 3 is very tricky to land and im very accustomed to using D2 cuz i just like uppercutting in general lol. But i will most def keep that in mind in the future doing more combo vids. Thank you so much for the love and critique! Righteous
Forgive the question, what do we mean here by saying D2 scales combo damage?Yeah D2s are normally a big no-no mid combo. There are a select few characters that actually allow them to get more damage, Aquaman and Supes come to mind, but for the most part they scale the damage like crazy
The uppercut that everybody has, doing that move in the middle of a combo apparently lessens the damage of the combo.Forgive the question, what do we mean here by saying D2 scales combo damage?
It means that the rest of the combo after the down 2 won't do nearly as much damage as it would have, had you not used a d2.Forgive the question, what do we mean here by saying D2 scales combo damage?
Does this mean that the total damage is less (i.e. the damage of J3 is more than D2 so the total damage is decreasedby the difference between those two), or is there a property of D2 that causes subsequent attacks to do reduced damage? It means that the rest of the combo after the down 2 won't do nearly as much damage as it would have, had you not used a d2.

Both, but like 90% because d2 just causes subsequent attacks to do less damage in a combo.Does this mean that the total damage is less (i.e. the damage of J3 is more than D2 so the total damage is decreasedby the difference between those two), or is there a property of D2 that causes subsequent attacks to do reduced damage?
I feel the same. Her stagger game is not good outside of 12 and 122 but I mean she has safety so it’s not that big of a deal.do you press buttons on this character / stagger normals or do you just stand there until your opponent whiffs something? im confused because all of her buttons seem super minus / unstaggerable (not strings, just normals) and i feel liek im doing something wrong if i try to press buttons after any of my strings (unless its 122 or 12)
