Sorry, but why are you asking either for nerf or for buffs for most of the characters? Most of this is like a nerfhammer for me, so it's Tekken Master #2. I'm not sure if REO mains only one character. He could main more than Predator himself.Considering REO only technically "mains" one character, and that's Predator, and he nerfed him, i'm gonna have to call you out on this one.

Yeah I think Kotal's J1 has been nerfed in almost every patch lol.Kotal's j1 brought up again? Pfffft. When it's as bad as Mileena's (I know you suggested it should get normalized), Sub-Zero's (again, same as with Mileena), etc, then it should get brought up. It's nowhere near as bad as them.
Some current good uses of exkarma would go away with that change.As far as balanced goes, I would make ex rising karma invincible on startup, but only connect against airborne opponents like kotals air grab or Jason's db1. It'll whiff completely against anyone on the ground.
I actually think this exactly. Alien pretty much needs the minus 7 flip because he's probably one of the most unsafe characters in the game without it(Tarkatan especially) and it being a mid would eliminate braindead mixups, needing to use a bar and become unsafe to mix.Speaking on Alien:
Konjurer: No changes leads to this still being the worst of the 3 (imo) because it lacks the armor/normals of Tarkatan and the safety/space control of Acidic. The Eggs can't be looped in most practical situations, and the Drone call only really works vs airborne zoners (Kitana, Pyromancer, Pretty Lady).
Suggested changes:
Universal:
Make Tail Flip -7
Tail flip is now a mid
Remove gap between F134 and Tail flip
Tarkatan:
Allow normal rekkas to be delayed on hit only (EX Rekkas unchanged)
Allow meter build on all blocked hits of EX Rekka
Konjurer:
Improve tracking of Facehugger
Reduce start up of regular/EX egg summon by 10 frames
Unbreakable is better than Cryo and complements Grandmaster well, so I'm surprised to see no Cryo changes at all, it definitely needs some work to be worth using.I'm kinda surprised with all the Unbreakable buffs, imo he's better than Cryomancer. He has a better neutral, hits harder, better defense, some access to plus frames. Unbreakable is solid right now, he'd be even better with the hypothetical changes to other characters described in this patch.

Jump 2 Nerf: Although this Jump is pretty far reaching, she needs it to convert off of her EX teleport combos midscreen, taking this away will actually nerf her damage that she already doesn't really have (midcreen)If there was to be one more final big patch for MKX, what would you want to see changed? Tanya:
- Jump 2 slightly normalized.
Pyromancer:
- Opponent can no longer be grabbed during Dark Shroud (D,F+2) hit stun. (Opponent can still be grabbed during the EX version.)
Dragon Naginata:
- High Poke (D+B+2) start up now changed to 8 frames

Pyromancer Nerf: I can agree with this, however, she needs little compensation if this were to happen. And i'd simply just say Make her Xray and Overhead.
Naginata Buff: I agree with this one. This move basically isn't in the game. You can't convert off of anything unless you are in the corner. This move as an anti air midscreen pushes you way back to the end of the screen, which is useless because Naginata is meant to get in. The damage scaling on this move is appalling also.
And if Takeda's Cancels don't cost stamina, Tanya's fake pressure shouldn't either
Also.. Give us her MK4 or Deception Costume
