Yeah I knew about the grab, but since throws are most likely going to be reactable after the next patch I ignored it. So we'll say 10% chip and 30% of a bar of meter gain compared to your opponent losing an entire bar of meter. And even if we included the grab, that doesn't change the fact that the Hellfire player gets 1 bar breakers to use vs his opponent as well. So he'll lose the 14% grab but he'll gain being able to block break his opponent for a bar on top of his opponent losing a bar. I really don't see how this could possibly change the balance between characters in the game significantly. Everyone gets it, and it still costs a bar of meter. If it were free or only costed stamina then I'd see your point, but a bar of meter is still a serious loss."and some chip"
You won't be able to do it every single time but it's really not uncommon to do two 214 loops into a throw. That's around 10% chip into 14% from the burning through and ticks you up for an OTG EX-Hellfire, for a grand total of over 30% damage. Goat I REALLY think you need to learn what these characters rely on a little more rather than just assuming 1 bar block breakers are a small change.
