For smaller characters, DBMB whiffs after B22, but you can still do: JI2 B22 DBMB JI3 JI2 323 12~flip for 43%Ji2 b22 dbmb ji3 ji2 323 f23 flip.
Char specific, does 44 I believe. This combo makes b2 2 scary. It whiffs against some chars.
Like Milkman said, you can replace f23 with 12 to get the full Sword Flip to hit - this will give the first combo 42% and a HKD.Background bounce combo after f3:
f3, j2, 3~interact, ji3, 323, f23~flip 41% techable knockdown (last hits in sword flip whiffs)
f3, j2, 3~interact, ji3, 323, d1~flip 40% HKD
You can also do ji1 after the bounce for a much easier 323-timing and only do a couple % less damage.
From my testing, spin is STILL unsafe after a comboMidscreen Spin standing resets:
b1u2, d2, f3, 323, f2~Spin = 31% (replacing f2~Spin with d1~Flip = 32%)
132, j2, 323, f2~Spin = 35% (replacing f2~Spin with f23~Flip = 37%)

It's been always better to end with Sword Flip. MANY options from it. Unless you want to initiaite the Ninja Vortex, which sacrifices a lot of damage but is a must use against characters DS ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT ZONE. Like Nightwing.soo its pretty hard to punish on block then, which is good.
so what ur saying is, for right now its just better to end with sword flip then?
also how is it possible to connect an air j2 after an air j3?
