Cyborg is boring as fuck. No footsies, no combos, average normals, not even a proper trait.

Everything about the character is designed so he can go back to chucking fireballs. Eat a blockstring? Push back, now I zone. Eat a combo? Full screen, now I zone. Get the life lead?.... fuck.

He can't do anything other than that, and there are other characters that do it more interestingly.

He has a command throw (most likely only blockable by blocking low) full screen lazers that you can control where they hit can have 3 fireballs that juggle (and can be charged), can be done in air, a pistol that when mb does 5 shots and that trait is amazing! I'm in love!

Also, assuming he has any of this, call familiar trait, frame trap somebody into OM NOM NOM NOM NOM, high/low mix-up when familiar tosses them back at you.

Alternatively, long-winded juggle combo, end with familiar OM NOM NOM NOM NOM restand into same high/low mix-up.

and then Zod's released to the public and has only one low, and it's in a string thats High-High-Low/all combos are just familiar OM NOM NOM, back 3, jump whatever, 1 xx fireball/has the absolute worst "dealing with up-close pressure" game since Dhalsim. #buffZod #heneedsit

it's tricky at first if you're used to games like SF4/NRS games/anything that isn't an anime fighter, but once you get past that, it's just learning burst/meter management and the movement options and you're set.


I bet Zod is going to have zoning tactics extremely similar to Cyborg too. IAFB > heat vision the new IANB > Missiles? Watch Cyborg get extreme Jax-tier buffs when Zod releases so he doesn't seem that big of a waste lol.

Damn... his trait has very quick cool down. No one is getting in on Zod ever. Can't wait to spend my time exploring his set-up potential and practice his IAFB. Cyborg already seems like a distant memory. Poor guy

If Cyborg gets buffs. Then he will make a great secondary character. That would make me feel a little better about his current fate
