He's high mid tier at best. The problem is that many other characters can zone just as well for far less work. Poor range on normals, slow start up, predictable mixups, requires meter for good damage combos. I could go on.

I don't even think he's high mid, he feels like an incomplete character and so does Shazam to be honest. Maybe they aren't actually incomplete but in games where hybrid characters are the best they tend to make other characters feel unfinished.
