Obviously you aren't going to only use two buttons. But they are are strong options to shutdown Cheetah's already poor neutral.

Cheetahs forces nearly every character to play differently, otherwise she will run over you but if you play the match-up well, its hard to her to find ways in (against a lot of characters) and she ends up needing to take risks to get in; her reward is big damage which is why she can be relevant especially in a best 3/5 setting.

In the end, I see no reason to play Cheetah at the highest level when Hellboy is on select screen.

If people start getting better instead of blaming their losses on a pseudo losing matchup everyone would benefit. No point in trying to explain anymore tho

But we are talking about harley here. In this matchup its 5-5 or cheetah wins. Other characters are matchups for themselves,but for this one it is actually obvious. Harleys zoning does low damage and cheetah can get a decent 60%. A gunshot is 4%, its clear and obvious that in both cases harley just doesnt win.

Ok but let's be honest about these damage numbers. Cheetah does 60% for 2-3 bars while Harley does like 40% meterless. Harley should almost always have meter to flipout or win a clash.

I'm not saying that means Harley wins but it kind of evens out in the damage department which doesn't really determine a MU anyways.

I've definitely not got everything right, but at least I teach the other player the ins and outs of the match-up first.

And you've yet to prove me wrong on any of them. As far as i've seen, the only mu I was wrong about is Bane. Other than that you're probably just basing MY list off of your own sluggish ways.

She isn't good enough to be in the tournament meta and her representation speaks it.

A match up list like yours would mean she would be counter picking Dead shot/Catwoman and even beating batman I've heard you say before. Where were the hidden select cheetahs at eleague/IPS finals for these favoured match ups.

I disagree with yours and I gave my reasoning - A character with that many good match-ups in a game with money up for grabs, surely there would be more than just 1-2 players playing her at a high level (or at least as a pocket for bad matchups).
