I'm really excited to see Cheetah. I've been advocating her in the game for well over 5 months. I feel like we've seen more than enough of Swamp thing, I'd like to see anyone else such as Flash.

No it gives her a temporary damage boost to her claw attacks. No glowing that I noticed.
