Sektor can hang with Freddy man or machine...Sonya needs adjustments in her moves...you may have a point with Shang...although it's one character...
True, my main gripe with the Freddy matchup though is that he eliminates homing missile setups outside of the corner and after EX TU in the first place, at the same time I could be asking for too much but I don't think EX FB would change anything considering the invincible frames on EX wakeups anyway, if we HAD to give him armor.

No it wouldn't it would make him shite. It would mean he has absolute no safe options off his strings on block and there would be no point to his 50/50 as he could be fully punishable if they're blocked and on hit do like 9%.
Then don't commit too much to unsafe options. Oh wait, it's too hard after doing dem safe 50/50, right ?

Its not her Armor that needs fixing, its their breaker that needs to be adjusted.
NRS did different breakers in the game, the ones with fast startup and only 1 hit are eating this tech, the others who are not too fast and not too slow, and has double hits are preventing this to happen.

All air breakers have the same proprieties, that is why this doesn't work in air against everyone.

Hitbox issues with f121? Like when the f1 hits, sometimes it misses both "2" AND"1" ?

The final hit of the string randomly whiffs, it's not a big deal since he'll only be at something like -2 if it whiffs but it kind of sucks.

Lighten up will ya!
Make all of kensis special that use telekinetic power (or whatever it is) projectiles so jade can bf+3 through it and make the ex version of jades have a 1 hit armor and block projectiles e.g her ex vs sonyas 1,1 will armor through the 1st 1 but get hit by the 2nd 1. I actually like jades character but she is so boring to use :p

Don't commit to unsafe options? All of his options would be unsafe and that's just stupid. What's he meant to do then?

Absorb the breaker because their breaker is 1 hit only, or because is too fast in some characters, and others because its too slow.

Skarlet, Cyrax, Human Sektor, Kung lao, Smoke, Sub-Zero and a few bunch of Characters have a 2 hits breaker animation. Even if they look like just one hit, the 1st hit is absorbed by the breaker and the 2nd one breakes the up slash or downslash before it hits them. all others who is only has hit, and look like precipitated fuckers because they were programmed to break too fast end up being eaten by the tech.

Remember that Skarlet was designed to extend armor because of her metagame, you nerf this extention and you will knee jerk the character. What it needs to be done, is buff the breaker of these characters affected by this tech to be equal to Cyrax or Kung Lao.

- Can no longer cancel Nomad Dash ( couldn't cancel it in other games, so no reason he should do it here)
- Remove the pushback on Sawblades
- Remove the pushback on his Overhead special

What about also make Sawblades -40 on block and remove his air projectiles? lol..The point is to make him fair not Kano.

Reptile
- F2B1 change in hit levels. F2 - overhead, B1 - mid.
- B1 does 7%, instead of 5%.
- Slow ball does 6% and 9 % EX.
- EX green hand does 10%, instead of 8%. 0 on block, instead of -4.

Reptile needs buffs now? Then what about 20% damage on dash and double his combo damage. Also give him a reset.

Cyrax
- Increased recovery on all bombs, regular and EX.
- D4 is +12 instead of +24 on hit.
-Increased recovery on landing after an AA-grab.
- Teleport is -11 now.

Just remove the resets he will be alright.

Mileena
- Add ground recovery on ball.
- No pushback from teleport on block, both versions.

Yes you are right mileena needs to be nerfed coz she is too good. Remove her air projectiles, and make the damage on normal projectiles 2% coz 6% is too much. Also teleport should be -90 frames on block. And maybe remove her armor from x-ray she doesnt need armor. And reduce her damage on combos. Also neckbite should be -20 on hit. And finally maybe make d1 -30 on hit to make her fair.

Sonya
- Cartwheel is -11 on block, both versions.

That would change her gameplay completely. Cartwheel is a move that needs to be unpunishable. Do you want to make all good Sonya players cry?

Kung Lao
- D2 is 10 frames, instead of 7.
- All teleport options are negative on block.

lol what about remove the teleport completely

Kenshi
- Spirit charge -13 instead of -10 on block. Spirit Vengeance is 0, instead of +7.
- Slash is -9 instead of -7 on block.

I hate Kenshi, don't know if I can be reasonable, but these two changes doesn't look enough for this broken character.

Give Sektor armor on EX Flameburner and make it neutral or +1 or 2 on hit instead of negative like it is now and maybe he'll be able to get off the ground. Other than that, he's fine.

In a world where IAGB alone wins him more than 7 matchups, builds significant meter and doesn't corner himself, sure. Meanwhile.....

I don't see the issue with limiting her armor to the first hit of EX slash, at the moment it extends to the 2nd one. Pretty much every character's armor lasts until the move is active, Skarlet's armor surpasses that.

More recovery frames on a whiffed buzz saw and less safer on block.
F4 no longer leaves opponents standing.
Nomad Charge no longer cancelable, but phases projectiles.
Cyclone Slam is armored.
2/NDC now +4 on block no longer a block infinite.

This is a start for nerfing Kabal while still keeping his metagame intact.

I've already said that his ground game isn't the problem, it's the IAGB and if you understood the game you would know that. He is the best character for numerous things, but the no.1 reason is because of IAGB.

This move is stupid and eliminates footsies against kabal and is the reason he rapes nearly all the cast. If he lost IAGB THEN it becomes a fair fight against him as he already does fuck all damage anyway.

Making his dash uncancellable would ruin so many things for this character, as other's suggested making en nomad dash uncancellable removes the flash parry, but his regular cancels should stay with less block advantage. He also needs his dash cancels to actually do damage and pressure. IAGB are the problem.

When we first found out about them they seemed to be the end all be all of everything, but in the later life of MK people were starting to overcome them more easily, although it didn't matter because of flash parries into f4 and run back away. They could use either a recovery/damage nerf, but I don't think his nomad cancels should go just for IAGB.

His EX flame thrower is already a fully invincible wakeup, so giving it armor wouldn't do anything to his wake up game.
