Regardless of batgirls popularity, they could have done another character. It's just not necessary considering 1. 25 percent of the cast is batman characters(way too many, even for me and I LOVE batman). 2. She honestly could've been a batman skin. 3. There's more interesting, more popular and more wanted characters that aren't in the game(zatanna, black canary, even power girl if it has to be female, not to mention mmh)

Yes but it was still bad. Batman and Robin is one of the worst superhero movies in the past 2 decades so there's not much to go against.
