One thing left out from the bat girl part is her crazy hi/ low mixup. We played a first to 15 and he abused her ( I think b1/low and b2/high) that both can lead to hard knockdown or bolo at then she can reset again. The hi/ is slightly slower then the low so I started to block low and react high. And last a tip just something to look out for is her jump atk to overhead. i play cashcom games alot so im use to block hi for jump ins and then low. Well he was opening me up with her jump in overhead, after the 2nd time and I blocked it he went low then I guessed wrong 9/10 times. It was my first time playing a bat girl, and the few games I won I just completely rushed her down or played really really lame only IAEB her bolos and baiting her sky drop for big dmg. Batgirl:
(This goes with out saying but learn her strings)
- Do not air jump and laser unless she commits to a batrang or bola before hand. You can do the jump laser at max height on reaction.
Full screen lasers are for read purposes in this match up up do not go into auto pilot. you can jump jab to bait i do it.
- Pressure with f23 breath its okay let them show you they know how to get out it, after you train them do f23 breath then wait let them whiff the bat evade into overhead or whatever then get your free 30+.
- No point in mixing her up from same side. They will most likely do something meaty f23 or cross them up if you can.
- most importantly be patient. batgirls teleport randomly sometimes this will haunt them in the match up do what ever you have to to teach them jumping is not okay. i space them out when they get jump heavy and f2 them for a combo down 2 can also help.
I haven't been hit with bola loops by any batgirl but the one that could do it i manage to win still because of how lame superman can be with out doing anything.
Batman:
with out going so in depth i feel the match is even.
Batman is overwhelming because of jump 2 and the great hit box and with bat pressure it is surely not far from unexpected that this would give superman problems. Like in the batgirl match up practice patience when in a losing situation sometimes you just have to block right for a couple seconds and push block correctly.
Do not defer from the superman vortex ie bullshit batman is not exempt from the bullshit unless he has bats.
Remember to push block bats, as crazy as this sounds superman may need to push block other characters this coupled with the idea that you need to hit batman while he has the bats to lose them should encourage you to find your opportunities to ex eye laser or just hit him anyway you can. remember to block low on wakeup in a non cross up situation and to stand block back 23.
This is all imo based off match experience
I agree with this.I play online with Qwark28 many times and his Sinestro consistently dominates my Supes.Of course online=/=offline but it is something.completely disagree with what afro said about sinestro.. he imo is one of supes hardest matchups ive played this mu with cowboy countless times and its even or if not a little in sinestros favor... his air axe really complicates things for superman and you just have to be extremely patient even more so than ds i would say.. do not by any means let him get his trait in the first life bar or it will be lights out.. watch out for this character because he is highly underrated and wouldnt be surprised if he becomes top 5 in the near future

I need some help in the Killer Frost match up. Last sunday I was at a local tournament and i got blown up by a Killer Frost. I managed to get into grand finals to face the same player again but this was posponed to this saturday. When I came home I went straight to the lab and found out some of my mistakes. These were: air lasers should only be done at full screen where Killer Frost can not punish them at all. F23 breath can not be looped on her. Her D2 is amazing so jumping is very risky. That is about all I know. What got me killed in that match up was doing air lasers to close and eating that silly slide which led into her overhead low mix up. I learned by watching Slips on stream that you can jump to escape the overhead and I did manage to do it once while other times I got hit in the air and landed in the same situation once again. That is about all I know on the match up. Can you guys help me understand how to fight her more effectively as Superman?
I dont think she can punish air lasers with her ice spike thingy. The ai cant punish it as a reversal and I couldnt punish air lasers with them either. Seems the ice spike will only come out if you are grounded. Maybe my timing was of but I couldnt punish any of Supermans air lasers with any of her projectiles at full screen. The only thing that punishes air lasers at a range of 3/4 screen is her slide. I read in the Frost forums that both her 50/50 options can be beat by a mb f3 or b3 too. Thanks though my friend for the tips. I will grind it out more in the lab.- You can backdash her 50/50 which forces her to abandon it and chase you. - If you block her slide, grab her. She's -4 so your grab beats any move she tries (including parry). If she starts to catch on and grab break, hit confirm with 111 / 223 which will blow up her grab break attempt. The mix-up after blocking a slide should be throw or attack string. She's at negative frames so she has to respect this or guess parry.
- Full screen, mid-range, point blank, doesn't matter - she can ALWAYS punish air laser. She has a full screen projectile ice summon thingy that will catch you if she blocks it. So she slides if you're close, and does icicle if you're far. Basically, air laser less.
- Wake-up slide gets blown up by [MB] F3. If you think she will slide randomly at neutral, jump back 2 punishes it.
