I can now finally pick up Bane. To you guys that think 1-3 second differences on Venom doesn't make a difference...you will see. That coupled with a faster dash? He is about to wreck shit. He will be a tournaments wreckoning. lol

I loaded up a practice round before I left the house today. The dash is noticably faster. It seems to have picked up a touch of speed on Venom cooldown as well so that's good that it translates to that. Obviously I didn't put to much time into it yet so I'm intreaged to see what the rest of the Bane mains think later today with more time.

I haven't played today yet, but if his dash is anything like Doomsdays it will help Bane a lot. A 3 sec reduction on cool down for venom 2 is kinda a big deal lol.

His forward dash about 2 and maybe up to 3 frames faster now. Still doesn't matter online because netcode is ass and his damage is still meh. With how crappy online is you're barely gonna notice a difference with his dash speed up. You'd have to really play him offline to realize the dash difference is gonna flesh out his command grab setups a lot better.

I put a video up of Bane's dash when compared to Doomsday's. I don't see much of a difference between the two. I'll have to compare it to Grundy's.

I noted that as well and am glad it translates. Previously his dash on cooldown was too slow to avoid attacks like Doomsday Nova, curious if it can now.

For Bane mains who have been working the short end of the stick all this time, the fact that they gave us buffs at all is the equivalent to climbing slowly out of Santa Prisca... Its the chant, low at first... but it will grow, and in time it will consume the pit.

No, I do understand, Bane was the first character I picked up in Injustice and I still use him as much as I can, sure it's nice that NRS tried buffing him, but these buffs were things he should have had to begin with. Bane wasn't buffed as much as he was fixed, now he needs real buffs.

you never could backdash if you input the CG early enough, but now the faster dash lets you chase down people who like to backdash after shit like BA's divekick on block etc.
