Sonic Pound or LK it doesn't matter. You can input flash trait ahead of time -- even in mid LK mb combo and it'll activate as soon as the frames end on LK (or sonic pound if desired).Sonic Pound has 25 start up frames compared to LK's 14...giving you more time to input Time Loop...so i guess for better success using time loop in combos Sonic pound is ideal.

It whiffs. You would have to leave out one LK for that and take a big damage cut. I got it to connect with MB-DF3~Trait, Forward Dash, LK x5, b22~RMS, f3 for 49% so it's not worth it.instead of b22f3 at the end, what if some one did b22 dd2 f3 (or even f2) ? i havent tried the combo so i dnt know if theyd fall to fast
