I won't tell anyone straight up to not bitch about Batgirl, and honestly I could have done without her, I have to say I'm not too disappointed. I've been reading Gail Simone's New 52 Batgirl and I love it so unfortunately I accidentally got pandered to during this. Are there other worthy characters? Yes. Is she a bad character? No. She has one of the best comics in the entire New 52 IMO as well as pre- New 52.

The only thing that scares me now is that she seems to have her 60's costume in the dlc pic. I definitely don't think shes gonna play anything close to Batman. NRS pretty much said they are not interested in clone characters in several interviews.

Which leads me to Zod doing his own thing. I think NRS just kind of wants to stretch their creativity with characters that have an option to be a clone and introduce something original. Any one who has read the comics can tell you that Babs does not fight like Batman.

Exactly. Not a lot of people here read her comics though. They just assume she is a clone because of her name and association. Hypothetically speaking... if she was a clone. NRS would obviously make sure they didn't play alike. I am glad you seem unbiased. Personally I am biased because I wanted Batgirl in the game so bad. :16Bit

Theres an upside to this Batgirl DLC though, the GLSBT community will be ecstatic. Maybe we'll receive the gay green lantern as DLC too.

Batwoman is the gay one, but if shes an alt that'd be awesome honestly. They need some representation and the character is a badass. Heck if Batwoman did make it in somehow alt or otherwise I'd be all over pushing to get Earth 5 Alan Scott too. He's the Supeman of that Universe since Superman isn't around and he's a beast. Dude was ripping Grundy into chunks.

Plus dat costume for him and for Batwoman...awesome costumes all over. Hopefully Batwoman is an alt at the least.

Just saying for all those DLC boycotters out there, it stands to reason that more success for the DLC characters might translate to more DLC later.

Don't forget, NRS is owned by Warner Bros. who owns DC so if they think they can make more money on DLC they would perhaps greenlight more characters.

Remember when Warner Bros. bought NRS and one of their first quotes for when MK9 came out was "MK9 definitely paid for our purchase, we are pleased" Or at least that is what they basically said.

If anyone is going to hate on Injustice because of a few sub par DLC choices I am kind of sad for you. Hell with the hate and bring on that beautiful FGC love.

And be nice to those comic book noobies. How nice we are here can transform a love of the DC fighting game to a love of fighting games in general.
