I honestly don't think MMH will make this season. Perhaps the next? But he will be in eventually. Ed pretty much hinted us that in the interview. And the way it's looking, Batgirl is a full-fledged character. The Brazilian voice actors list has been right so far and it gave so much info that they took it down. I think it's correct. Especially now that this is out there.
