Remember when Dink was on and he said he was pissed that JWong beat him in finals at some canadian tournament and then said "NRS makes shitty games." before walking off? I do.
I wonder how Wong feels now that someone did the same exact shit to him and one of "his" games? Looks like capcom makes shitty games too.

Random japanese guy in a group called "shitty games club" (in japanese of course) comes to america, and sweeps final round with a joke team (rocket raccoon, viewtiful joe, and frank west). Then says pretty much, I'm never coming back, peace bitches.

He trolled the mvc community hard core.

Also, I watched the full vid on shoryuken, and that game has a fucking infinite (at least one) and the commentators called it out "oh got him in the infinite...HEY HEY HEY HEY"

And this is the same game with followers who do nothing but bitch about the "block infinite" that is JC and Kabal pressure.

I love this game, and I want to love the fgc, but seriously mvc... get the fuck outta here with this rediculous amount of double standards and hypocricy.

As for the infinite, are you talking about X-factor Felicia with the pouncing bullshit in the corner during grand finals? When I saw that I was like WTF?? ...at least infinites in MK require execution, lol; seemed like all Rog had to do was mash.

I think there are a couple block infinites in the game. One I remember being discussed was something with Arthur's spears, but you can break it with activating x factor.

Alien life is almost certainly out there. Intelligent life besides us probably isn't that close though. I think we'll find the first alien life within our lifetimes though. My guess is microbes on a moon in our solar system but it'll happen.

Really interested to see if the $200 STH vs Ikizzle match is going to happen. My money is on Ikizzle winning it though.

He has way too many bad match ups to be top 10: Kenshi, reptile, kabal, sonya, sektor, freddy, subzero, maybe noob. How can a character be top 10 with 7 bad mu?

Slips, stick with Scorpion for those zoners and start working on another character with a better footsie game. Then turn in into a podcast feature and discuss weekly which character you've sampled! (Skarlet )

I disagree that its your fault the 5v5 was lost. If team 16 bit was as strong as vsm your teammates would have seen the two babies as a fluke and would have devised a new strategy on the spot. The reason the babies were heavy is because you had underestimated vsm and at that moment realization came crashing down that they were actually on another level. THAT's the reason you all lost, nothing to do with babies and everything to do with just being straight up outplayed. They would have won babies or not, no question.

The reason we listen to the podcast is because you guys have a very entertaining back and forth on all topics, you are great players, and you discuss the game we all love. The fact that you lost to the best doesnt change any of that. Your contribution to the community via the podcast has grown larger that your performances as individual players.

My opinion on the podcast or you as players has not changed whatsoever because of the 5v5, and I know I'm not the only one that feels this way.

I've never tried NOS. I've never really tried any energy drinks outside Redbull and Monster. Using those as a bench mark, how much worse/effective is NOS? I'm not even sure we get it here in Canada, will take a look next time.

I'd honestly love for Slips to use a different character... because I think he hasn't tapped what he can truly do in the game. Character loyalty is one thing when the character can compete.
