Tim/Bone if you guys need me to reserve a room at the La Quinta, get in touch with me in the next few days. I'll get us set up for Friday/Saturday night at least. Not sure when Bone is flying back though.

Anyone else who might be flying in who needs a room? I there are rooms with two beds, plus a sleeper couch. People can probably fit on the floor or they may have cots if someone wants to save some money.

I plan to leave on Monday morning, like I did from Winter Brawl.

Right now I'm actually searching for cheap round trip tickets. I'll post here a bit later with more info.

I cant find any airports in Cincinnati, Oh. The only one is pretty far from Power Up.

Where would I have to land, and who could pick me up, as well as drive me to and back from the tournament and to the airport? This sort of makes it hard on the fact that I would have to leave pretty damn early to catch my flight.

Yeah come in on Thursday or Friday (depending on your interest in the stuff going down on Friday and cost of flight).

We are about 90 minutes from the event, so we aren't pressed for time on either day as long as you get here at a reasonable time.

As of now I am definitely a go for Friday night to Sunday night, don't know if I can take work off friday or Monday. But between me and tim it will be easy to coordinate driving, lots of other people will need rides from cbus so gas will be like $7 a person for a full car.

I'll look into rooms by the end of the weekend and update, but book the flight as soon as you find the best deal.

I'm thinking about taking the greyhound to this it's about $170 which is a good deal (20 hours to get there and 20 back lol). Only thing is I will need a ride from the bus station to the tourney which is about 20 minutes away and a hotel to crash in.

Okay guys. So I have a certificate from Frontier, and its worth $200. A round-trip would cost me around $400 with them, I don't want to spend that much money... lol

I'm going to end up booking a one-way trip from LAX, to CMH. If you guys find some cheap tickets from CMH, back to LAX(One-Way on May, 2, 2011). Please let me know the price. It doesn't matter what airline, as long as its cheap!

hey if you want, you could grey hound to rochester which is 100 bucks from ny city.. then we could drive from rochester to cincy.. and if so then maybe you could use the 70 to go towards my gas and hotel room.. it'll be about 6.5 hours on the grey hound then 8 hours in truck with me. so that cuts about 6 hours of travel..

im trying to not spend lots of cash so im trying to think up ways to save so i can go as well.


actually im open to do that with anyone else as well.. the grey hound station is just 4 mins away form my house.

i can go 2 routes getting my own room and hope some one can chip in with me cause i cant just waste money.. or if theres a corner in the room, room with one of you guys who already have a room.. i have my own blanket and pillow, i have no problem sleeping in a small corner.

I can bring 1 tube, maybe 2 PS3's, at least 2 PS3 MK9's, 1 PS3 Mad Catz TE with Combat Panel, 1 AIAB and 1 PDP MK stick. maybe a monitor too.

Come early as you can. we'll do casuals as much as possible. Remember this is an arcade.

Make sure you pre-reg. its mandatory and probably yea, get one room if you can.

Yeah, let's plan on two rooms for now. Tim, Bone, Me in one room, and reo, dan in the other.

Can you only fit two in your truck? Is AC coming with you guys a possibility since he's out in the same direction as Reo?

That could be the third in your room if that can be worked out.

Bill will be here as well, I assume he's flying in, but if you guys wanna put him in your room to split cost you may wanna ask him if he's game for that. Not sure about his plans.

Dontay is coming down I assume, Shogun is, and so are both Rouse brothers. I'm pretty sure between the two rooms so far we can easily find people and get them spots to sleep to help with costs.
