Fact is, none of these rules you guys say about DLC matters anymore. No repeat DLC means no borgs, No NPCs in story means they will be DLC... or, more likely? None of those silly filler sentences Ed Boon said carry much weight YEARS later. Im actually surprised we as a community arent more mad at their lack of interaction recently. I feel like they used to do media rounds more often so we had more to go on/look forward to.

The 'no NPCs again' is a myth pulled straight out of the fans' ass. Derek never said such a thing. Watched the infamous interview a few days ago.

yeah the first part was a joke lmao we been over this (when did humor die man???) and you hate her cause she's broken, meaning when I said people hate her cause they hate playing against her, I was right.

25 years and we're still doing this.

Every game has story mode only characters.
(correction, not mk4 or 5)
Every game dropped main line charaters and replaced them with new ones, or gave their moves to other characters.
Every game since alternate costumes were invented has featured costumes of characters not in the game.
Kitana has been given Mileena's moves on two other occasions in the series.

the only game that included the entire cast is hands down the worst in the series, even worse than MKvDC.

So? it's pissing me off when the characters I love the most are given as skins to a guest character! I'm allowed to.
It's not much to ask to stop with that hideous trend leaving fan favorites out and bringing in new and guest character that no one has asked for.
And I bet no one asked for RoboCop before it was in the leak, same with Rambo, all of a sudden there are Rambo stans, before the leak? it was unheard of.

The characters you love the most were in the last two games. Also, Sektor and Cyrax are IN THE GAME. They are INTEGRAL PARTS OF THE STORY. THey are even going to be in the Aftermath story.

It's not much to ask to stop with that hideous trend leaving fan favorites out and bringing in new and guest character that no one has asked for. And I bet no one asked for RoboCop before it was in the leak, same with Rambo, all of a sudden there are Rambo stans, before the leak? it was unheard of.

I'm curious why you think this is true. Guests sell more, and there's a dude on this forum whose username is Robocop and has been for years. Is he no one?

Which makes me ever more enraged about not being able to pick it up and play as them, Triborg was his own character, I want Cyrax and Sektor, with their own identities and dialogues although at this point I would totally settle for Triborg 2.0.. We also got many other chatacters that made it into the game from MKX and I don't see the problem with that, you can have 5 SF characters, but a limit of 2 Edenians and robots are in rotation, that's annoying


Spare the guests sells jist, I've typed it myself so many time like YA, sometimes knowing the reason and cause or
a pattern for something doesn't make it less annoying to some people.

you don't have to comment on things you don't like so when you do have some respect, my opinion.

This thread is literally about the deconfimation of my favorite characters so go find another thread to
stan for your most requested guest character RoboFlop.
