What is the plan against his f4?
There is gap in the f4 string in which you can do a 9 frame move or faster to interrupt it. The problem is that you have to guess whether he is going to complete the string or special cancel into fireball or parry. You can also try flawless blocking but that's not easy.

I think he is just insanely braindead, just like most of the top tiers. He is also the easiest to learn. There is absolutely nothing hard about that char

If you get hit by the low fireball outside of the corner, neutral is reset and he's too far away to pressure and if you get knocked down with ex fireball you get defensive options at that point
other then that, congrats you have to constantly just see this string being abused over and over because for some reason someone thought it was okay that it was 9 frames and + on block and can loop into itself
