That throne intro, damn. The most regal she's probably ever been.
Mournful 2.0 is a bit and unfortunate I think, but what are you gonna do.

Kitana looks so good ( I'll main her as always) but why do they struggle with her variations!

Always has to have moves from other characters.

Kitana's gameplay looks so good. And that intro was awesome!

As a Jade fan who suffered through MKX's Mournful though, my heart goes out to Mileena fans.

Kitana looks amazing, wonderful, awesome, both aesthetically as in terms of moveset ... less the part where she copycat Mileena's signature move, hehee ....

At this point, it's clear as sky, thar NRS took the decision to rotate between Jade and Mileena , and so, each game, one of them will sit out, in favour of Kitana.

No hard feelings, but, it's stupid giving to Kitana moves that is not original to her , I mean, in MKX , Mournful was the last/less used Kitana's variation, and in MK11, I'm sure the Mileena's moves will not be the fan favorite by Kitana players.

Anyway, Kitana is welcome and kick ass !

As someone who always wanted to like Kitana but could never quite get into her, they finally did it. This is the Kitana that I like.

He still has room to be redesigned. Almighty Hotaru!

Aesthetics: nice
Gameplay: derivative (lit., Scorpion's throw), spammy, MKX-y, prosaic (...and, I suspect, as insulting to Mileena fans as she was to Jade-ites in MKX)
Playable potential: TBC

Kind of wish they were more inventive with her abilities and not so slavish to her MKX tropes. Even though I like the character's archetype, I hardly used her [in MKX] because of how spammy and cheap she felt (and not in a fun / trolly / Goro / Jason / Darseid way).

Will give her a burl... But, as it stands, I'm doubt I'd play her beyond a novelty.

Our princess looks amazing!! im just praying that Mileenas kustom moves are not tournament variations (unless kit has more then the 2). ill be devastated if her low fan, diaginal fan and that teleport dive move are all specials that we cant use in tournament O_O

I know this might be a bit early but damn, mileena's sai is going to lead to a lot of fun stuff especially if she has float in the same load out.
I just hope we can still do easy float mixups a la mkx

Great question! Asked myself the same once watching the kast.

Hate that Kitana has Mileena's moves. It's cheap and uninspired. It's like, Hey NRS, where the hell is your creativity? I bet you didn't waste a penny for Cetrion, so you should still have it, but nope.
