It's from the same leak that says Jax joins Kronika, and that Kano is working with cyborgs. Both things we potentially see in the trailer.

Leak gets wrong something about Noob's clone always being out, but for all we know that could be a variation.

Indeed. I think the leak was mostly wrong regarding gameplay and DLC characters.
But storywise it seems to be correct.

Is it the same one that says the game ends with another Armageddon? If so, either it's fake or some facts sprinkled through a lot of made up nonsense. Multiple issues with it, but the main one is an ending. It's already been confirmed that there'll be multiple endings. Second is the "DLC" list. Though, the ending could be real, being the BAD ending like Superman's in Injustice 2 in Story Mode.

Since most people on these forums seem to really hate the character it'll probably be much more appreciate than poor Mileena.

Probably their way of establishing early on that whatever happens to their younger selves happens to them.

Lol yeah the Post MK4 to Pre-MK9 was a low point for sure. But while the young Scorpion is still a specter, the current one with actual depth a.k.a. Hanzo isn't. He's alive again and killing him would either stick or re-specter him, lol.

I think Scorpion is still immortal. I haven't read them in awhile, but in the comics I'm pretty sure that Havik kills Hanzo. "Scorpion" tries to take over his body and come back, but Hanzo fights him off in his mind and brings himself back to life.

Could be wrong tho. All my comics are in a display case, don't feel like fucking with them

Well, there’s a difference. This is from when rap was actually good. Modern rap (like what we got in the first trailer) is pure garbage.

Except that there are two different rap songs in the trailer, Check Yourself from 1993 and Blue Suede from 2014 - pretty obvious theme of old vs. new, both fit and both are very good.

Hating on modern rap (though its obviously not all good, like anything) has become the new cool thing to hate. People always say how much better 'old school' rap is, and I always wonder how much old-ish rap they actually listen to...

Kitana has never been Asian or depicted as such, though? Not sure where people are getting the idea that the daughter of Sindel and JERROD is Asian. I can’t demember a single instance where Kitana wasn’t doe-eyed and blatantly Mediterranean or Middle Eastern in appearance.

I guess the reason is the fact that I first saw her on MK2 as a ninja, thus in my head I saw her as Asian.

To be honest, Sub-Zero also looks Asian now, and that's a good thing. When you are called Kuai Lang, Bi-Han or Hanzo Hasashi you *should* look Asian. Scorpion did from MKX, but Sub-Zero still looked like a westerner all those years. Nice to see that they fixed this.
