I mean, typically women who are that thin/fit don't have big breasts as it's mostly fat tissue. Games usually exaggerate it, but it seems NRS went with a more realistic look for all of them this time around. Though I hope Mileena is the one with the gigantic boobs, that would fit her perfectly.

Maybe so, but there's plenty of other games out there that take a lot more liberties with a woman's shape. Besides, in the context of this particular story, the females are all incredibly active, which would no doubt lead to more slim and toned (not necessarily buff) bodies.

Yeah exactly, if you are an athlete or martial artist on the level all these characters are, you're unlikely to have big boobs unless they're implants (as most female bodybuilders, professional wrestlers, actresses, etc have).

Kitana's ethnicity has been inconsistent dating back to her original concept art. This is not out of left field. "It's cool" because we're used to it. It would be nice if they settled once and for all.
Hair textures are excellent as well. You can see how coarse and 'nappy' (I use this term as a black person myself... it's just the way I see my hair) the hair is. Even in the beard texture.
I mean, it was supposed to be old school and new school. That's why it switched between them. I personally think it was a dope transition with Geras' coming back to life. As he's a new school character, then showing off Cassie doing her thang and so on.
