You gotta duck the horizontal before the break attack. I'm not sure what Azwel gets on his full crouch moves, but if you can at least get frames on hit, that'll put Mina in a pretty bad spot.
(EDIT: Just did some testing. You can punish the gap with his two-hit while-rising B which does a nice chunk of damage. You can also punish with full-crouch B, so if you know any natural combos that follow that up, you will have one hell of a juicy punish.)
Still, I understand the struggle. I'm maining Seong Mina, and it's clear people are still trying to figure her out. When you're fighting her, there's two things I'd always keep in mind.
1) yes, her pressure is bad... but that's not the whole story. Her fastest move is 2A, which has no range and does poor damage. That said, I'm not using 2A to get out of pressure: I'm using her high crushes. If you're doing horizontals against Mina, she can blow you up with 6A or 8A+B even if your moves have less start up frames. She gets decent oki on both these moves, so you have to be conservative with your horizontals. Granted, if she knows you're going for verticals to avoid her high crush moves, she can sidestep and punish, but that's the mind game. That's just the nature of Soul Calibur.
2) If you are already sidestepping, you can get a full punish against 1B and 22B on reaction. She can blow up your sidestep with 2A, but 2A has twenty startup frames, and the range stops right about midrange, so you can space it with some practice.
I hope this helps. Mina is strong, but with time and little labbing, you can keep her honest.
