Injustice 2: "New Character Reveal" on February 13th!

I appreciate NRS actually being transparent, I hope they continue to do that. With that being said, this is really disappointing. I can deal with the reveal being pushed back, that's not such a big deal. But if all they are going to do tomorrow on the stream is play the Beta, then that's beyond disappointing -- it really sucks.

The vast majority of people aren't even in the Beta yet, plus there's tons of people frustrated with how they handled the Beta so far. On top of all of that, there's people expecting reveals or at least gameplay breakdowns/reveals of Poison Ivy, Bane, and Brainiac. Of all times, why would they choose NOW to start playing online.



Yeah... no. I hightly doubt that. Ed Boon pretty much low-key confirmed that the Beta wasn't going to go Open because they have to do testing.

Here is what I think is going to happen on the stream: It's going to be an hour long, maybe not quite. They will mention reveal dates and tell us to "stay tuned". They will confirm that another "wave" of codes will be sent out, and that the Beta is updating with either Gorilla Grodd, Wonder Woman or Harley Quinn. They will play online for a while. Then they will do a small Q&A w/ shout-outs. After that Tyler and Derek will have a Lantern Battle.

Your summary of what's gonna happen in the stream is so spot on it hurts. I'd just add in that they'll add 2 characters to the beta this time, and they will be Aquaman and Grodd.

Nah, guest characters are their best-selling DLC. They'll definitely save those for later.

I doubt that. They would want to sell those characters separately that way they can get people to buy the game + DLC.

If we got a Firestorm trailer today, that would have brought my hype up to 99%. Getting it next Monday means the highest I could go would be 74%. Maybe it could be pushed to 78% if Tristan Lansdock got topless or Jen narrated the video on helium. If I'm not pleased, then they have obviously failed everyone.
