I'm just glad they made guile top tier instead of like 6-10 like he was. Now I can just say you're a brain dead guile scrub. Couldn't get diamond when guile was balanced, what a clown.

I don't know how to approach match-ups when you get bodied in neutral. You get barraged by attacks with no hurtbox at a range where you can't do anything about it.. you land a hit by random dash, random jump, random crush counter or buffering into thin air and praying
