mika does lose to gief. It's not bad but he counters her a bit. He's got the highest dmg meterless punish on dropkicks and he's got good buttons to challenge hers.

mika didn't body characters that were significantly worse than her at canada cup. Du was beating chuns, ryus, cammys, and necallis. Those are all characters that are at worst arguably better than her. Fang needing buffs isn't a reason to nerf Mika, and trust me if people like Tokido thought Mika was better than ryu, there'd be more mikas
