Normalize grab immunity.
Been in the lab with Balrog and noticed that there are a few situationals to take in to mind when using V-trigger and maybe all around combos. Straight extensions do more stun. Uppercut extensions do more damage but the ender doesn't allow super. Or at least I haven't gotten it to work. And when you cancel into V-trigger mid combo it's better to reset earlier than later during the extensions. So you're able to use more punches on a fresh combo with leas scaling from the trigger activation.

Day 1 Ibuki tech I've found.seems to work on 3/4/5 frame wakeup reversals. Haven't tested it on all of them yet though.

After a raida, sweep or any dp in the corner you can whiff jab into medium command dash and it'll make normals/techs/dps come out on the wrong side so you can punish/pressure. Doesn't seem to work on Ryu though since his jab and lk seem to hit behind him like they do vs Nash sometimes. This only works on quick rise but if they don't quick rise you have options I'm still looking for a good universal one though.
That's pretty dope but I doubt you'll find something universal since you'd have only ibuki attacking (unlike using her or Mika's v trigger) and the fact the 3 wakeups have 3 different timings. Maybe a meaty setup but not some kind of dash setup off knockdown.

It will be an offensive anti-zoning Sagat that pressures with tiger knees. The only projectile he'll have is his CA

Except F.A.N.G and Dhalsim I don't think of any of them having a smart neutral. Throw a fireball and move behind it, randomly cover space through unseeable means or both
Chun, nash and guile are the only 3 who send out a projectile and follow meterless.

Birdie needs a setup. He is mostly just pokes, broken damage, shenanigans, and the easiest braindead anti air of the century. (@bdizzle2700 )

Karin shit is easy to see and you can mash jab on follow ups.

Idk how you grouped Vega like that.

Ryu and Ken can only run at you and that will start to get blown up soon enough.

Bison can spend meter for shenanigans but then again they are shenanigans and you just have to be ready.

I'm telling you man. Just cause some dudes are getting by pressing hella buttons and mashing forward doesn't mean the game is going to stay like that.

Ok this seems iffy but works on all of kens options.

If they normal rise after a knockdown in the corner you can do the previouswhiff jab into MK dash and follow up with a jab into hk dp. It corpse hops and makes all his normals/throws/dps whiff you can punish anything slow since its recovery is decent but jabs you might have to just give up the offense. Probably worth it though since it keeps the corner and gets you a punish on techs and a cc punish on dps. Probably won't work vs reversals that hit both sides though. With a bomb I'm sure you could use this to keep pressure even on jabs.

If it's a sweep knockdown skip the second jab or the dp hits meaty.

Vs Nash in the corner after a non ex raida or a sweep whiff jab into lk dp will stuff his vskill every time, after ex dp whiff lk into it beats him out too. Kinda risky though I'm looking for something safer.

Ok ignore that. Use jab into cr mp, seems easier and you can combo into ex close kunai. If the knock down is a sweep whiff cr lp instead and you'll meaty him. Cr jab seems slightly easier to time off the other options as well so whichever you wanna use will work but stand jab into cr mp should hit 1 frame later which if blocked means you'll be more plus by 1 frame.

This should work vs everyone who has no instant armor(mika,Laura, whoever)

Edit tested vs mika and it blows up her ex peach easily.

If they quick rise on her forward throw jab (st mp seems to work too but jab lets you hit confirm into dmg) hits on frame one so you can jab mika out of ex peach or Nash out of vskill(requires a split second of walk forward after the throw to hit, mp probably more consistent if you just wanna stuff it and don't care about the safe confirm) too if they panicked on the throw. Only works in the corner because of the distance

If you wanna make a hard read midscreen vs mika though raida will hit on frame one but it seems risky.

Edit: not that risky since it whiffs if she doesn't ex peach. Seems pretty hard to punish on reaction.

If Nash does a normal rise into v trigger after forward throw you whiff st mp(which beats quick rise trigger) then 2x cr jab into forward hk. Kinda weird but it covers both his options. Wish I knew the frame data though.
Whiff mp into whiff cr hp into forward hk works too.
Corner only still.

yes they are. But you're acting like ibukis ability to kill someone in 4 combos with full v trigger and super meter is somehow special. Almost every character in this game can tie that feat and quite a lot can beat it.

Maaan I went to play story mode whilst the TU was downloading and because I'm playing in offline mode whilst it downloads I get this message: "Yo fam. No Fight Money if you play this offline"

Well shit, capcom. That's sort of f***ing important. Damnit!!
 
I'm doing m.K,down,h.K,h.K with Ibuki then doing her vTrigger, is there a way to detonate her bomb faster so it can catch the opponent flying?

no, but an instant hk dash after the launch leads into some disgusting mixups if they respect you.

In the air after your dash you can either use MK to hit in front/behind and land in front/behind, lk to hit in front/behind and land in front/behind, or use hk to hit in front and land in front. And if they don't respect it ex kunai during the air dash and you can combo after.

I don't know, I have noticed that landing du.HK into bf.LP in the corner is super wonky, I can't tell if it's extremely tight or just inconsistent. I also need to test it on a few characters. Works fine everywhere else though, and is pretty much his go to meterless ender.

I haven't been given any money for story mode and I'm like halfway through, does it come all at once at the end? Or just not at all? My locals want me to have three char.s and I'm not buying them with cash bruv.

There's just a specific timing to dash upper > dash straight in the corner.

And there is a specific timing when using v trigger and doing KKKP into super. It's the most damaging order.

I've found his moves on block to be eye opening. His overhead is unsafe. Idk if that was ever discussed on WSO or CPT so it came as a bit of a shock lol.

@FL Rushdown what are the invincible properties on Ibuki's DPs?

@Bar_Bar13 nice stuff. I still need to check out counter hit combos. Can you put on inputs next time though?

So with Balrog's v-trigger, you can actually delay it to frame trap 3 frame normals. There's a few frame timing quarks when starting with different strength specials, using K or P extensions and spinning at certain times.

And Balrog's TAP is actually any two combination of punch AND kick buttons. So you can hold LP and HK and get TAP. I don't think it's ever worked like that before.
