Yeah, I get you now. You are mixing up their character powers with what is actually going to be in the game though, and that's what matters.

Telekinesis is nt going to be used in the game. The details of WW's lasso don't matter, and she certainly doesn't create fire with it in the game.



I don't disagree that swamp thing would be better than Bane, but I don't think that's because Bane is an uninteresting fighter. It's because ST could make for a more interesting storymode.

Bane is all about wrestling, and just as with Batman and Nightwing, it his physical prowess and strength that make him iconic.

I guess you don't like Bane because you don't consider his venom to be a distinctive enough trait? Well, I do. I think he fits in the game perfectly, and I don't think he needs specific gadgets to sethim apart, when he is already set apart by his appearance, playstyle, trait and character history.

Catwoman doesn't have any special moves either, not that couldn't be done by many other characters, yet I don't think that matters. Just as with Bane, they both feel distinctive, look distinctive, play distinctively and have unique attacks and traits.



Err...No, Beowolf is not nearly a major enough character to be in the Game, and Ra's is. Hawkman uses a mace, does he not. Frankenstein is not as skilled with a sword, and in his comic all he did was very basic hacking and slashing....arn't you against characters being in the game that only do basic stuff that could be done better by others? Katana might be interesting, but I would still rather see Ra's..

It makes more sense for Ra's to be in an epic story that affects the DCU, and it would especially make sense if swamp thing is in it, given Ra's eco terrosit motivations....easy to tie them in somehow...



Really, Firestorm is too powerful IMO, and he would be so limited in a fighting game that you couldn't show the full set of his powers without it getting repetitive very quickly, or so I would think.

I'd much rather have Captain Cold, I think he would fit in great in the game. Imagine being able to freeze part of the map on the ground, and screw up flash whenever he tries to do his fullscreen speed dash on it...
How do you know Martian manhunter isn't going to have TElekineses when he had in injustice?

I m against inclusion of catwoman in the game but I don't think she is all about street level physicals, she has unique gadgets and weapons just like batman abd nightwing.

Ofcourse beowulf's chances are film to none but he has a lot going for him in terms of moves compared to Ra's.

Hawkman uses mace, axe, claw of Horus, sword and claws.

I wasn't arguing in favor of Frankenstein getting a spot, just pointing out that even Frankenstein has more going for him.

Batman villains shouldn't be main villains of story involving justice league, you have to nerf the power- houses and add a sh*t ton of pis to make it last longer than it should.

Firestorm wouldn't be overpowered, they can give him 100 different special moves and it still wouldn't make him broken. What makes a character broken is frame data.

Chances are Captain cold will be in the game this time. I m not fan of his though.

BTW Skedar70 The NRS community are more than capable of being good at both games. The problem is most of the NRS FGC CHOOSES not to play both. It's not like SF and MK where those games are very different and you never see the same evo winners for those games. We've actually seen some of the same NRS players play both series well(Injustice and MK) Maybe in the past but now I'm pretty sure MK X will have a longer lifespan than SFV.

Curious question, even tho past games have issues we always get hyped for the next NRS game.

Though, they will have to stop making FGs for a while otherwise it will get over-saturated and lose its appeal. NRS needs to stay in business but also needs to stop making FGs every 2 years IMO.

Like will people even get excited for MK11?

As long as WB makes bank, there's no reason to slow down making one every 2-3 years. It's much better than Midway's tactic rushing the MK team every other year. We've already seen the drastic difference in quality when you give the MK team the proper time, tools and money. So I'm fine with new MK and Injustice game every now and then.

Midway/NRS literally never stopped making fighting games. They have released a new game every two years (or less) since Deadly Alliance.

- Lack of arenas
- Lack of balance
- 4 (FOUR) guest characters
- Fucked up variations (nerfed or killed) like LK-4D4, LK-520 (I paid the price of kp2 because of Triborg), Dragon's Fire Liu Kang etc..
- Useless variations like Dualist, Master of Storms, Dragon Naginata etc.
- Slipshod story mode (Useless quicktime events, childish protagonists and all about insulting Shinnok and Quan Chi)
- No extra skin for iconic Mortal Kombat warrior GORO or DLC characters, even there is no Klassic Tremor for some reason..
- No Fujin, Rain or Noob Saibot ( fuck off fans enjoy Jacqui Borings, we don't care)

and price of it; almost 200 (two hundred) usd..

Sooo not excited about this news. Back for block, slow walkspeeds, small character scaling, every character with a generic foward3 and back3. The constant buffing/nerfing of characters while leaving some characters broken. Nah. I know mad people are going to skip buying this game. I know I'll sit this one out.
Just like MKX had meter drain, dash blocking, invincibility on wakeups, deep jump kicks, etc.

Expecting every little quirk of the previous game to make a return is silly. Unless you've played the game and know it's returning.

Zod's air fireball still shut down some characters and MMH's safe teleport was buffed even though it was already good lol, are these really good examples of NRS learning?
Zod air fireballs didn't really catch on as effective until people started actually getting them low as possible consistently. And that wasn't until after all the rebalancing had been done.

Though yeah, the MMH buff was weird lol.

But what happened in the next NRS title? Instant airs suck in comparison to IGAU and MK9.

They do learn things, but they might not actually show that until the next game.

It's just how he is holding his arms...the spikes are gauntlets, like on his gloves in the Arkham games and now Rebirth...
But it's not how he's holding his arms. His left arm might be correct (even if it does look like they're coming off the top of his forearm), but on his right arm it's clearly coming off the inside of his forearm. Just some odd design choices.
