You should be able to make Ken afraid of dashing at you, so then they get desperate and jump. Pretty much how neutral how works. It's ken, everything F.A.N.G does reaches him before he can reach you. If Ken's are dashing at you free then you failed to establish any horizontal control which is ridiculous with F.A.N.G. Again, you probably need another character man. Sometimes you just got give up and switch. It does not seem like you can handle playing with F.A.N.G.
As for it being fair, SF has always had the principle of being near defenseless in the air. So if you managed to get the jump in you get a combo. If not you just keep taking damage. F.A.N.G can turn AAs into pressure. Lot of characters can. Some get resets, Some can even combo in to super. Just the way SF's always been. You want AA combos? Go play any of the games that allow that. ArcSys fighters, MvC3, MKx, maybe KI. Maybe you need to switch whole games.
