remove the cooldown on the bat (just like "day one") but, the Low Bat, is not "Low" anymore, instead, it's a faster (safer) mid, nerf the dmg, on all bat juggles (and fireball), remove the ability to combo off of the EX Skull in the corner, and also, fix the hitbox on the B324 String !!

2. Quan - i dont know about him much but maybe damage nerf and that bat nerf
3. tanya - b1 down from 9 frames to 11 frames, df2 mb down from -8 to -12
4. kitana - b1 down from 9 frames to 11 frames, shadow kick in mournfull down from -6 to -12
5. jaqcui - s1 down from 6 frames to 8 frames, 3 down from 8 to 9 frames, and that cancels needs slithly nerfs in hight tech no more loopable pressure

Kobu Tanya: no overhead in B1

Summoner Quan: make low bat a mid

HQT Predator: more recovery for lasers on block

Sonya: low in B14 becomes a mid (i know she's not top 5, but fuck this bitch and her 50/50's on top of 50/50's)

1. Tempest - Kung Lao:
Clearly destroys almost the entire cast. The next nerf has to be careful as it could completely ruin him.

FIX:
Basic damage scaling on Hat spin combos.
MB Hat spin once orbiting begins should either be high, or once the opponent blocks or gets hit, the hat should have a significant cool down before another one spawns.

2. Summoner - Quan Chi:
50/50 Hard to block-ables doesn't promote good play, literally anyone can do, requires absolutely no skill or understanding of a fighting game. I could teach my 10year old nephew how to do this. It isn't fighting, and I've yet to see a Quan Chi player consistently block it themselves, ironically.

FIX: Shouldn't be able to summon a bat while opponent is tranced.

3. Dragon's Fire - Liu Kang:
Between B2 being 9 frames mid, armouring breaking, combined with his plus on block MB Fly kick, means it really is only a matter of time before you get hit and never really get out.

FIX: MB Fly kick shouldn't be plus on block. And until back dashes are buffed/fixed/made useful for more than 4 members of the cast, no poke should be -1 or 0 on block.

4. Tanya - Kobujitsu:
Currently, she breaks armour, builds tons of meter, has no issues getting on, and completely locks most of the cast down, except Tempest.

FIX:
Second Reka should have push back if delayed, considering that it is already unprintable by tons of the cast.

Can you please explain how Kitana and Jacqui are better than Lao, Shinnok, Jax, Cage, Kang, Predator, D'Vorah, Sub-Zero, Erron Black, Reptile, Sonya etc...

1) Kung Lao
Make orbiting hat -5. So that its not punishable, but also isnt as safe. Also nerf j2 hitbox.

2) Quan
Only one bat summon per combo or make low bat a mid

3) Predator
More recovery on lasers like -10/11.

4) Shinnok
D4xxhell sparks not a true blockstring anymore

5)Cassie
Remove invincibility on ex nutpunch and pigs idea.

i play against those chars every day . I tell only 5 characters, but in the game they are a lot who needs nerfs.

Nerf: She goes the same distance as her regular flip kick on block so we can punish it.

2. Kung Lao
Nerf: Less meter gain on 112124 so he has less meter for pressure.

3. Quan-Chi
Nerf: Can no longer use Puggle commands while performing a normal or string (no more hard-to-blockables0.

4. Tanya
Nerf: B1xx MB Tonfa toss does not jail on any of the cast.

5. Shinnok
Nerf: D4 no longer jails into hellsparks.

EX Hat Spin has the same blockstun as base Hat Spin.
2 Spins can no longer be done in combo.

Quan Chi:
(Summoner) Low Bat a mid
(Sorcerer) Armor portal disappears after a clean hit.

Tremor:
(Crystalline) EX Shatter is significantly more negative on block.
(Aftershock) EX Earth Shake recovers slightly slower to prevent guaranteed reset against 6 variations.

Tanya:
EX Tonfa does not jail coming back against ALL the cast.

Devorah:
Removed from the game.

The only people who think predator is #1 are those that are not used to the mu and get blown up by d4 cancels. As well as b22 string, dont react to discs, etc..

Some characters complétely negate his core gameplay (tanya, reptile, kung lao) and then there is the problem where he cant get up...
