ALL I HAVE IS THE GREEN.
Just not blocking Erron Black. On hit, the DB3 whiffs in the corner.

Edit: Was lovin the B2, DB3, 33, DB2, 11, BF4. But just gonna stick with B2, BF2, NJP, DB2, 33, BF4 off the overhead for 34%, Just to play it safe.
Yeah, but it's an overhead. It doesn't really matter if it whiffs against a standing opponent. Since the only time you should be hitting them with it is if they duck block.
It probably comes into play more often, like if they are trying to counter poke, throw, or jump out and you interrupt with the b2. This happens on Kotal Kahn too (and probably others).

Also, you could do b2~db2, 33~bf4 for 35% meterless. Probably her easiest combo in the corner.

Found the same issue with Jason before, and it probably happens with a bunch of other characters too. I know B2 is to hit ducking/blocking opponents but as you stated... Maybe it could hit them just trying to poke out or jump or just slipping up in some way so, for consistency I will be using B2, BF2, 4~DB2, 33, BF4 for 36%
Works every time and can squeeze in an njp after the up rocket for 37% but as for consistency, I'll be happy to get 36% into them remaining frightened in the corner VS Jacqui. Been messing with her reset grab enders too, so good.

Quick question for you Jacqui players.

If you had to boil down her full auto to, more or less, one mid screen unmetered combo (If you have a good metered midscreen, im all ears as well) and one corner combo, which ones would you choose? Swapping various starters obviously, for punish/high/low etc. With a focus on reliable execution, universal asskickery (I hate combos that dont work on certain cast members due to hit box issues,. etc etc) and, ya know, teh damages.

Dont get me wrong, boiling any character down is a handicap, but for someone wanting to learn the character (myself) I like to have a couple things to focus on, then branch out as I understand the character. My execution sucks, so the really crazy evo level stuff isnt something I even waste time on. I look for universal, useful and reliable in my combos. Cassie is my main, but I REALLLLY like some of the stuff Jacqui can do and would like to learn her a little and see if she clicks.

Any advice would be appreciated guys, thanks. Obviously, this thread has a ton of combos, but not knowing the character very well, its hard to know whats swag and whats a REAL BnB

mid screen:
starter~db2(ex), RUN~33~bf4

corner is a bit more tricky since each starter has a different combo.

[F12]~DB2 RC 121~BF4 = 31% *hit confirm-able
You can add another 2 to the 121 string, making it 1212, and squeeze 34% out of it. Not sure if its mentioned elsewhere in the thread, but I found it tinkering around and thought Id post.

[Starter or B2]~exDB2 RC 33~BF4 = 35-42%
Also, again, I don't know if it was mentioned elsewhere in the thread (or maybe there is a reason I don't yet understand) but that combo doesn't require a RC unless you're using it to switch sides. I can just dash immediately after the exDB2 and land the combo pretty consistently. If you're trying to switch up though, the RC is great.

DB3 is a pain to get the RC timing consistent on. It makes me sad.

Gotcha, thank you for the clarification. I was pleasantly surprised, her BASIC execution is easier than I had thought. I'm an old man (33) and an ex boxer and mixed martial artist, my hands have been beat to shit over the years , so some shit is simply beyond me and I have to dumb down my play to simple and reliable.

I have found a combo in the corner for FA :

f12~db2, 4u4, 11, 11, 11, 12~bf4 (39%)
f12~db2, 4u4, 11, 11, 12~bf4 (38%)

And this one:
4u4, 4~db2, 11, 11, 11, 12~bf4 (38%)
4u4, 33~db2, 11, 11, 12~bf4 (39%)
but it's unclear if 4u4 can be used

b2 bounces them further so it's harder, and b2 xx db3 is inconsistent from my experience so I usually do ex db2, bf4 or bf2> df2 to push them to the corner.

Off B2, I'm doing B2~BF2 run 12~BF4. Remember that you can run earlier than prior to the update after the BF2.

Nice one!

I've been using B33~DB3, 33~DB2, 12, 12~BF4 which I think is 43% as well and fairly simple.
This is basically my corner metersless BNB. Easy, great damage.
But, I use 11 instead of 12, which make this combo even easier since there is less recovery after 11 and you can be more lenient with your timing. Even if the opponent drops lower than usual, you can still make it happen. It is very good online.
