Don't know if these are posted elsewhere, but been working on some new combos with Full Auto Jacqui. I noticed the ones in the OP aren't really optimized anymore. For instance, b33~bd3-33~db2-4~bf4 can do up to 44% if you just do b33~db3-33~db2-33~bf4.

Corner Combos:
2334-11-4~db2-4~bf4: 35%, +2 if blocked
1212~db2-11-4~db2-11-4~bf4: 44%, can end with 1212 on block to be +2; if bd2 is blocked you are +11.
b2~db3-33~db2-4~bf4: 39%.
f2u2-2+4-33~db3-4~bf4: 38% +2 if blocked, can replace 33 with 4 to make it more consistent for 36%
f2u2~du4-4~db2-4~bf4: 34%
b14~db3-33~db2-33~bf4: 39%
33~EXdb2-4~db2-33~bf4: 47% +34 if blocked...
33~bf2-33~db2-4~bf4: 40%
f4-11-4~db2-4~bf4: 39%, +2 if blocked, massive range, though the 11 link is very tight and *might* be affected by "breathing". I can do it against Mileena and sometimes I'll hit it 5 times in a row, and then will whiff it 5 times in a row...

JK~EXdd4-33~db2-11-4~bf4: 49% The JK can hit the opponent at any height as long as it is immediately canceled into the EX dd4.
11~db2-11-4~db2-11-4~bf4: 39%

Midscreen Combos:
b14~db3-RC-4~bf4: 26%
f2u2~db4-4~db2-RC-4~bf4: 34% (can substitute X-Ray for bf4 to deal 51%)
14-frame meterless midscreen 41% punish: 33~db3-RC-4~db2-RC-4~bf4.


EX Air dd4 Midscreen: xdd4-4~db2-RC-4~bf4: 40% You can actually take your time with the RC; you actually want to delay it a bit. You might have to RC the initial 4 depending on how far away you connect your xdd4. You can get 45% if you replace the 2nd 4 with 33~bf4, but it's not as consistent.

EX Air dd4 Corner: xdd4-33~db2-33~bf4: 48%!!! Don't input the first 33 too soon and it's very easy to connect.

The EX Air dd4 can connect anywhere from a jumpkick as long as you cancel the jk immediately into it. For Midscreen, the kick has to connect as close to the opponent's head as possible. Jacqui basically needs to be right on top of the opponent.

EX Missile Corner Combo 1: Launch EX Missile, jp, release missile, 33~db2-11-4~bf4: 42%
EX Missile Corner Combo 2: Launch EX Missile, b2~db2-release missile-33~bf4: 40%

57% Corner X-Ray: f4-11-4~db2-4~X-Ray
56% Corner X-Ray: 11~db1-11-4~db2-11-4~X-ray

Combo Science: I haven't seen this mentioned elsewhere, but apparently in Full Auto you can add a 2nd Up Missile to a combo as long as the opponent was grounded during the first Up Missile. For Instance, 1212~UM will launch the opponent, allowing you to do 11-4~UM-11-4~bf4 for an insane meterless 44% or 57% X-Ray. @Pan1cMode
