Question How is Nightwing bad in the current meta?

It's not really. The amount of meter it builds is fair - You get 5 MBs for 4 bars. MB is +18 but the only mixup after it is whether you're feeling patient enough to block the next Standing 1 or not. It has a large amount of recovery frames making it super easy to whiff punish, and it's dangerous to wakeup with Staff Spin because if the opponent's expecting it they can jump over you, making it whiff and allowing for an easy punish.

In response to the 4 characters listed, NW bodies bane, beats aqua, but goes even with flash and mmh in my opinion imo.

Now as far as NW goes, the skill of NW depends on the player. I say this because NW has the tools to compete amongst the best but how he is used with the tools provided depends on the player. That means knowing the proper stance to use in certain mus and using stance cancels properly. STOP playing staff against every character smh. Start applying stance cancels in pressure (not only going from escrima to staff). I could keep going but my fellow dicks get what im saying hopefully...

Btw ive found some affective tech that might b useful in some of our "bad" mus

Don't get much off raw Staff spin. You can neutral jump it. Of course MB is going to be unclashable.

As the game grows, you guys will grow to realize that NWs worse mu is cyborg. Cyborg is the only character who presents a 7-3 or worse for NW

I'd say its 4-6 at worst from all the gls I have played. I did pretty well against you. Inb4 "it's online so you are a irrelevant nightwing" :DOGE

I dont see much of a problem with that mu as long as you get a stage that suits nw well and u can get in and outfootsie cyborg free, i think zatanna or superman are his worst or maybe sin

There's not much you can do versus Cyborg's IANB. And yeah I agree, Zatanna is hell

You can't block and dash because the frequency at which they're being shot is too quick. You have to walk step by step until he gets near the corner and decides to grapple away.

I always loved the old "change the quote" trick. It shared my own opinion while cleverly making it seem as if the other person is the one who said it.

Actually my Grundy isn't half bad. He was my first main and I still play him often. That MU is just shitty...really shitty

Dude, NW is WAY harder to fight online than offline. It's a lot harder to poke out of his stuff that I can offline. No making any excuses. What's your XBL/PSN??

What MU are you referring to, Grundy vs NW or....?
