Question What type of buffs catwoman need to become better?

@Ra Helios b3 after b2 is already possible but its hard.

My Buffs would be.
Trait is 28%, unclashable and BREAK ARMOR.
Less recovery on catstance up cancels.
MB cat claws come out on block and are plus and does 5-6% chip
Low whip is -10
That is a awesome idea with the catclaw coming out on block and doing chip damage. They should have put that early in the game

That's true but just say best character tournament wise. Be more specific instead of attacking people with the best in the world or best in America. Make it best tournament wise.

You can make Bain respect catwoman by holding b3 on a hard knockdown so he won't have to wake up so Bain will have to respect that so if catwoman do a hkd again you can follow it up with a 50/50 Bain to me is always been a 5/5 Mu.

Catwoman is a very solid character. She doesn't NEED anything but personally I would like a faster walk speed. The option to MB her dash early would be cool but it wouldn't really make her better, just easier.

EDIT: These discussion are sort of pointless at this point of the game's life. I feel Selina has plenty of undiscovered potential which would be more productive to explore.

It is different because it's online. Sports game is different because you have to goto tournaments. With online you really don't because how it is set up you have leaderboards true skill ranks and etc. which don't mean anything but you get The point. If this was only a offline game then yes. I have to show my skills. Online showing my skills to people. They talk he talk and etc.

Her corner game is second best to wonderwoman if she didn't have a OTG. Plus her j1 is positive who abuse the hkd dash and do mix ups. And it will be over

Things I agree with (Props to original posters):
-Mobility buff
-Her whip need to be a mid
-Her trip whip need to be a 21 on start up instead of a 27.
-MB Whip that's a quick double hit (Always wonder why this can't be meter burned)
-Trait is 28%, unclashable and BREAK ARMOR.
-MB cat claws come out on block and are plus and does 5-6% chip (Prefer 7-8 for Aquaman's sake :joker:)

And I would LOVE if Cat Claws were an overhead.:cool:

Forward and backward walkspeed - NEED TO BE IMPROVED! That is all!

Forward and backward dashes - NEED TO BE IMPROVED! That is all!




Normals:

D1- to be 6 frames instead of 7 frames
D2- to be 9 frames instead of 14 and have a better hitbox and a smaller hurtbox.
F1- to be about 11 frames instead of 16. (She has no sub 12 frame advancing normals and that kills her footie game along with her movement)

Specials:

Cat Dash - to be 10 frames on start up instead of 17 and MB armor to be active on Startup Just like Ares MB Godsmack.
Anti-air Whip - to be like other anti airing specials in the game (to be a true anti-air that will catch an airborne opponent)
Straight Whip - to have less recovery on hit
Cat Stance - to have options come out quicker than what they do
CS 2 - to have extra frame advantage on knockdown.
Evade - give her 0 recovery frames for a successful evade so she can get in.

Super:

Just activate it quicker for combos sake.

Basically just little things that could go a long way for her.


Wishlist item***

Trait: Every scratch, should it connect on the opponent, will keep them from using their specials for a second. (Max Cat = 5 seconds) This would give her trait some real meaning besides being a reversal that can be stuffed.

So Kabal is just good to you?
Half of the NRS community just complained because a few players were exceptionally good with the character, the same players that would of beat them no matter what character they were using anyway. Crying Kabal was just a way out of accepting they were just bad
