I agree with the general consensus its very winnable for Doomy but slight Bane adv.
When Doomy gets knocked down by Bane, its a disaster. Bane has more than enough options to flat out beat venom uppercut.
Further, when Doomy knocks down Bane, pressure ends. Banes wakeup game flat out dominates Doomy.
Brad is spot on that Doomy cant counter poke Bane as well, its frustrating.
However, Doomturtle is very good in this matchup. Doomys D1 range being so strong allows you to wait and punish Banes forward dash. Offline at least. I assume online that doesnt work. Further, careful trait useage allows Doomy to punish a lot of Banes junk by taking a hit. This forces Bane to have to go to level three more often, thus lowering his total venom time, and adding to his total cooldown time.
The only reason its not even is because one knockdown essentially puts Doomy into a meterless vortex until Bane runs out of venom because Doomy flat out cant wake up. You can easily lose an entire health bar.
Winnable, but slight Bane adv. 5.5-4.5 or 6-4 if you don't use decimals. My .02 at least.

Yea, it's definitely a MU where full blown turtle mode gets engaged. Doomy pretty much has to let him get up from far awar or else you get grabbed or venom uppercutted. And that would be tight if you called yourself that. Doomys turtle game is really strong. And its counter - intuitive for most people to rush him down. He is indeed Doomturtle.

I dunno. I'm sure someone can give you something far more thorough. I just try to play defensively with Doomsday at times (shocking, I know!) and punish peoples' mistakes. People are really thrown off when someone decides to turtle/play defensively with Doomsday. If you've got at least one stock of meter, they're very cautious about approaching you due to fear of MB Venom.
I'm really not kidding. People can get really mindfucked if they face a Doomsday who isn't on the offense 24/7 and knows how to react/block. Most people are prepared to defend AGAINST Doomsday, not have to downright go on the assault.
This is of course MU specific as there are obviously characters who will beat Doomsday's ass all day long in the turtle game.
I don't really know if there's much of anything here for Doomsday vs Zatanna. I'd consider it even, personally. But I haven't played any real good Zatanna players yet. So, I can't really judge too much. D1xES pretty much wins against all of his wake ups, traited or not, except venom uppercut, or whatever that move is called (although it can trade sometimes), which can be baited and blocked. All other wake ups are beaten by DD's d1xxES. This MU was a 5-5 with .5 going to either side, since, i dont know, forever.

I would like to know what you think the DD Bane matchup number is since you play against the best bane. I personally feel its at best 6-4 bane. However i admit i dont have much bane experience.
