Superman's super still punishes f3. F3 is -5 with pushback and the super is 5f, so this means its a just frame punish.


I kinda figured there were just frame punishes in the game since I punished ravens singularity upclose with 111.

It's +9 point blank, 9 + travel time anywhere else. So yeah, very plus at full screen. Although I don't know how the ability to steer would affect its advantage - it might not work like other projectiles.

Aha. I knew I wasn't insane*. I punished Raven's singularity a couple of times during a match and just assumed the opponent wasn't blocking, even though based on the character's movement and what not, he most likely was.

111 punishes just about anything punishable, provided its within range.
We all know the following information, but again, for the up and coming Frosts that may be lurking in this thread, here's what you can punish with 111, into full combo punish:
Flash's d1d2d3
Scorpion's tele, MB or otherwise
Doomsday's shoulder
Wonder Woman's ballerina twirl
Cyborg's MMH punch
Cat dash
Superman's wake up I can fly
Corp Charge
etc.

Also...I def. think the Flash MU is 5-5....he is a fellow 1 touch of death character...he is tough.

In regards to Aquaman...FOR ONCE I agree with xKhaoTik ....I think Frost wins this.....you can play this match with just reactions to what he does and just block low all the time. AAAAANNNNDDD.....I can actually punish his "from the deep" move online...he doesn't scare me one bit. 6-4 Frost.

I hope you weren't planning to block more than six times. Because if you do that, you're dead.

It just means he stops using that move. He can't zone, sure, but you can't really either.

Aquaman is good because he was given the tools to shutdown the general fundamentals used by characters.
Killer Frost is in fact so bad that she doesn't have any fundamentals to be shutdown which is why she gives Aquaman some difficulties.

First off...Mr.Mileena is not free...Zatanna IS. She has absolutely NOTHING that can threaten us....she is all smoke and mirrors.
Sadly, this is true. Her biggest setback is her speed and back dash.

If she had better/faster movement, and a decent backdash (her forward dash is okay and it's flashy) she'd be viable. Not to mention, faster walk and back speed = a much more useful standing 3.

Frost is WAY too fast for her. Levitate is the only thing that prevents this MU being like 8-2 lol

Yeah, when I started reading all of this Zatanna discussion I was going to post something about iceberg being so good in the MU but I guess I don't really have to because that has been beaten to death. The startup on like all of her moves hurts her badly in this matchup and teleports can be really really dangerous...since most Frost players will be waiting for them to punish on reaction. I feel like a lot of her stuff is really cool and she has some good setups but the Zatanna player is always taking a lot more risk than the Frost player.

How fast is her low starter for things like post-blocked slide? Does Frost have to respect it?

I don't know how to block when I'm hit with mb trance lol. I was hit by a 50/50 everytime

Yeah, when I started reading all of this Zatanna discussion I was going to post something about iceberg being so good in the MU but I guess I don't really have to because that has been beaten to death. The startup on like all of her moves hurts her badly in this matchup and teleports can be really really dangerous...since most Frost players will be waiting for them to punish on reaction. I feel like a lot of her stuff is really cool and she has some good setups but the Zatanna player is always taking a lot more risk than the Frost player.

Zatanna's fastest low is her Multi Kick but you can d1~slide it or jump back and j2~b1u3... Once Frost touches Zatanna, it limits her options considerably because her only good wakeup is MK and to make it safe she has to burn a bar (which gives her 10% chip and 50%+ of that bar back).

Hold forward to block overhead and hold up to block low lol

I think that jumping over them works the best (press db lol) because they are NOT at advantage at all ... the only thing that truly sucks is that your buttons are randomly messed up meaning that sometimes after being hit, your 1 might be 2 or 3 or trait XD

This is because slide is safe grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr what is this about taking risks with frost? lol

It's not a mixup due to the inverted controls ryan. MB trance = true 50/50 reset
