10.3 million views for Breaking Bad Finale. A year ago this show was average 2 million views. When has a show ever risen that much in the ratings? 6 years later and this show finally gets the recognition it deserves.

A lot of lowest common denominator television watchers jumped on the bandwagon when every breaking bad advertisement ever for season 5 featured video or a pic or Gus blown off face. Lowest common denominators (i call them Walt fans) tuned in after they saw the dude with the blown off face.

The walking dead is also based on existing properties and ZOMBIES of course will attract a larger amount of people. Where as Breaking Bad is more based on an original Idea and a story about a high school chem teacher who gets cancer and then cooks meth is harder to sell.

Since there has been so many tv dramas about a zombie apocalypse right? Breaking Bad is slightly more original than the walking dead , though it is a vastly superior show.

The finale was pretty good, I didn't want it to end. Walts injury seemed pretty trivial up until he actually dies from it. Makes it seem very sudden. In total I feel this season could have done with maybe one more episode to flesh things out. I have mostly been on Walt's side for the whole show but the first couple of episodes of this season, I felt Walt just didn't feel like himself.

I thought about it some more and I think it makes more sense if Walt died at the end of Crawl Space and Heisenberg emerged.

I know some people who said they haven't watched any breaking bad shows because it has to do with selling meth. Like they have some moral issue with it. I think people like that are funny.
