I posted the grand finals though - How do you guys feel about the nightwing/aquaman matchup?
In this matchup in particular, since nightwing ex staff projectile is at + frames, aquaman has a hard time in neutral.
But yeah for the most part everyone seems to be taking a break before the patch + TFC recovery. I'll still support this game though
So I watched this a few times, here are some notes I took. See if you notice a trend.

@:45 should have backdashed after the first staff spin MB, the standing 1 would have whiffed and the situation would have been reset to nuetral.

@3:00 tries to b1 at point blank range, beat by d1, obviously.

@3:28 negative after MB trident rush, goes for it anyways
@3:30 pretending he is positive on block, eats a ground pound.
@4:20 gets caught jumping, because if you can be sure he'll do anything mid-range - it's jump.
@5:13 recognizes the input error on wingdings and tries to dash in - too late and he's caught dashing
@5:20 doesn't know the range on wingdings, is hesitant to approach. Nightwing is in Escrima, this is his opportunity to bully him mid range.
@5:23 jumping in pays off because Escrima has no reliable ground based AA
@5:30 gets caught trying to jump out of Ground Pound MB frame trap.
@6:00 jumping, again.
@6:14 punishes wakeup staff spin, could have stuffed it with Nj3 for more damage.
@6:30 finally, punishes a predictable ground pound.
@6:40 trying to press buttons, looked like Water shield. Why?
@7:00 starts match with the same whiffed normal he's started EVERY match with.
@7:13 caught jumping, could have been much worse
@7:24 caught with wakeup flying grayson. Nj3 would have won.

Anyways, I think I communicated my point. If we're going to talk about MU numbers - let's not base it on what we saw last night. Insaynne gave it away.
. I feel very comfortable in the BA matchup, so losing close games to pre-patch Adam doesn't sting to much.
