I'm seeing a lot of negativity these past few weekly tourney's from the Zod players. Cheer up gents, we've only had about a month's worth of lab time with this guy and there is time to clean up the errors. What I saw from Chef, Jail, and Pig were just some forced errors that can be corrected in time coupled with some brain farts. All the tools are there, just need time to gel gain some confidence. Pig could have beaten Smar in the final as he proved he did when he sent him to losers. I think Pig was just playing frustrated more then anything as well as Chef the other night.

That's fair. I understand your sentiment. but you yourself even said you dropped too many things. The Superman players are well versed with their character due to playing the character since release, that also brings in more tourney exp with him as well. You do have to play mistake free. With more time and exp with Zod I think you can bridge the gap. I got faith in ya, chin up.

The 3 good Zod's I have seen footage of so far are Pig, Chef and Marcus. I can almost guarantee that taking the best from Pig, Chef, Marcus and me, would make a tournament winning Zod. It's not easy though

Its literally the best combo link in any game ever. What? A weird gravity thing happened that you weren't expecting? Its ok, 12 will reset that for you free of charge. Would you like a free mb laser after that? Or maybe a background bounce? Hell, lets end it with mbbf3 and you can even invite a friend! Oh, hard times? No meter to spend? That's ok, if you throw the 3 on the end of the string you can still sneak your friend in. You won't get caught, i promise!

I think he means 12 in the middle of a combo, when the opponent is in a "Juggle" state already, 12 will connect with MB ground laser, everybody knows that. But, grounded 12 into MB ground laser does not connect, so maybe it is just a misunderestanding.

Indeed. Really i was just trolling and bored. But, it does help me out a lot mid combo when I'm freestylin. I don't live the 10/10 life. I swag, fail, and never get past top 16.

It's true but depressing. Needs better air conditioning (or at least have more than one fan for the whole place), get rid of shitty tvs and replace with all monitors, get speakers that WORK for every setup

It would improve it a lot and wouldn't even cost that much

Look how beautiful and thriving this forum is! I think I can get pretty comfy here. I was hoping my Zod would be ready by TFC but by hap chance I am not going any more :/

Also, this is probably known, but 112 on hit staggers them enough so you get a guaranteed f2 check midscreen. Timing is mildly strict as they will stagger away and it will wiff if done too late. Not sure if it is worth sacrificing some of the damage you might get, but I seem to score a lot of american resets with it in my matches.
