thought I was close to where I wanted to be. Guess I will just rework my combos to do either hard knockdown or puppet then.
standing 3 after f21 is a frame trap. You can f3 to catch jumpers. You can mb tele behind for more pressure...tons of mixups
Standing 3 into multi kicks or MB ring.
But the start up is so much, they can poke.

+19, also some characters can poke, characters like Hawkgirl, but also they can backdash it
Yup, it's all about reads, just like a lot of things, they can also read you will use projectile & do something else!
But we're at +19 and 3 has 12 frames of start up...
13, but it can be back dashed imo! A good reaction. But this is still a frame trap <3 i use it all the time. People doesn't backdash almost anything :S lol
I don't think it can be backdashed though... similar to how you can't backdash batgirl's vortex.
The move is +19 and the next move is 13, i think it's backdasheable but i haven't tested it at all... I thought it since i used to think that F2,1 was +16 tho.
f3 is 29 frames startup iirc.
If you're in the corner, f21 into meterless vortex is the superior option. f21, f3 can be mashed out (I think if you mash d3 for shazam or d1 or something with range it'd work)
f21-3 cannot be backdashed
The F3 will catch them if they stay in there. Which i wouldn't be surprised if works, since a lot of people doesn't back dashes things ;_;
