For Joker and Lobo, how about these changes for them?:

Joker:
  • Fix Joker's 2,1,2 and f2,3,2 strings so they cannot be ducked
  • Either add more hitstun to b1 or decrease startup on Rolling Laughing Gas. Allow Joker to combo into RLG from B1
  • Change f2 into an overhead
  • Change f2,1 into a mid
  • Make Crowbar slightly safer on block
Now with Joker's trait I've come up with several changes, this doesn't mean I want Joker to have ALL of these changes, I'm just listing potential changes his trait could have.

Joker Trait:
  • 1f startup
  • Some invincibility on wakeup
  • Allow trait to parry jump in attacks. This won't be OP, it will just make people learn about the world of empty jumping. :joker:
  • With each "HA" Joker receives, his dash speed (and maybe dash distance as well) slightly increases.
  • With each "HA" Joker receives, he has a chance to become invincible while being juggled by an opponent until he hits the ground. Meaning he has a chance to completely drop out of an opponent's combo. 1 HA = 10%, 2 HA = 15%, 3 HA = 20% chance
Lobo:
  • Slightly decrease startup on b2
  • Change 1,1,3 into an Overhead
  • Add more invincibility to Hook Charge on wakeup
  • Allow MB Hook Charge to activate MUCH sooner
  • Give Party Crasher slightly more priority
  • Lower Lobo's Vertical Hurtbox while dashing forward
  • MAYBE Extend Hook Charge's Chain Vertical Hixbox to the tip of the chain. This will hit anyone directly above Lobo's Head.
  • MAYBE Change df1b into an overhead
Lobo's Trait:
  • Decrease Trait Activation time
  • Give all Nuclear Shell Shots armor breaking properties. df1, df1b, df1d, f21, 213, b3, f3
  • Allow Nuclear Shell Low Shots to float the opponent toward Lobo instead of away.

Would LOVE IT if I got some feedback on this.

I see some suggestions as viable and I see some as "wish list" stuff. Consider the effect these changes will have in tournament play, casual players, et cetera. For lobo i agree with the lower vertacl hitbox when dashing and trait suggestions. For joker i agree with the decreased start up on gas. Making his parry 1 frame is interesting.

The front page of this thread and the op at eventhubs is the biggest joke I have ever seen.

These top players with such brilliant insight, none of whom play superman, want to completely destroy him. All play batman, none suggest nerfs for batman who is the best overall character in the game and does very well against superman, and oh yeah against everyone else. F23, btw, does not pin anyone down even if you time it at frame 1 of the beginning of the match against a frame 1 backdash, which EVERYONE can do AND full punish. What are y'all smoking hmm?

And for Doomsday, who PL also plays, the suggested change is to change the arc on his earthshaker!?! Oh yeah!!! That's what the problem is with DD, the arc on earthshaker... WOW! That move is rediculous and does even need an explanation. It might as well be unblockable online and every string he has is plus. What a joke. Good gawd.

I hope NRS makes the game just perfect for y'all to win to your hearts content. Nice suggestions!

As a Shazam main from day one...I approve of these suggestions. People complaining that Shazam getting a better Atlas Torpedo is bad clearly do not use the character. Shazam, as he is now, is not a viable character. These changes would give him a chance.

I understand on average that with deathstroke you'll get low 30s to mid 30s mid screen meterless however im just agreeing with him in the fact he CAN get upper 30s but he's exaggerating completely with 40+ meterless midscreen. I mean you can hit his j2 from certain distances and neutral jumping its not completely impossible.
 
Very good list, however a few things. Why is flash one of the only ones getting damage nerfed? Look at characters like grundy or black adam. Also, why not make lex have a better jump and dash?
 
If otg should not exist, then getting rid of g.l 223 otg wouldn't hurt his game too much, and even at hi level play most people find it too inconsistent except on certain characters to even attempt doing it.

Why would grundy receive any type of nerfs when he hasn't even placed top 32 in the past ten majors? lol if anything my boy grundy needs buffed
 
I use a TE stick with normal controls and have no problems.
good luck using bf 3 after a d2 or a f2 instead of just using diagonal back. Also the ff MB and bb MB doesn't fail, surely you don't even use them. With alternates you can just do a quarter circle MB Oh! or better yet! good luck blocking using diagonal back and then suddendly using bf3!
