Ares matchup is clearly HORRENDOUS. Or I don't know what to do yet
Whene he does the ex unblock able wtf do you do? You can't reversal because of the armor
do you just have to eat the combo?

Martian manhunter is obviously going to be bad too btw

try Neutral jumping it

With sinestro I always NJ axe combo with zod possibly NJ 3?

Listening to the podcast and you mentioned something about Batgirl's cartwheel being ducked by Zod? Care to explain further?

i noticed that back from when i was playing batgirl.
Zod is the only charcater in the game where her overhead ender of the batwheel just whiffs making it useless on him. however he cannot punish the low ender because his d1 doesnt go far enough.

There are a few other things that whiff on a crouching Zod, like Zod's f2 1. I think he just has a weird hitbox.

that is nuts, i've been trying to go through the usual suspects of characters that duck mids they shouldn't, but only zod can do this. I think it is cuz his head actually moves DOWN slightly when blocking.

however, this does NOT work in the corner, it will connect there just so people know

Wait, he can duck an Overhead?! Isn't the whole point of an Overhead to hit low blocking opponents. This is clearly a bug in the game. NRS, please fix this.

Maybe the developers aren't aware Zod can duck Batgirl's cartwheel overhead? Killer Frost certainly can't do so. :(

you can punish low with d1 if you block batwheel standing and sit down after it and connect d1 at the certain moment. Animation looks like he punches her cape :)

Now the individuals who were playing Flash and Superman did a terrible job at keeping Zod in check thus the matches were ended pretty quick and fast. Overall I feel like the Superman match-up is a tricky one and Flash not so tricky unless is a really good Flash.

That guys Zod is really good.

I love at 2:30 when he goes into the ground laser charge into the b3 interactable. Fast reactions there to think to go for that.

It's really not. That's my BnB. One dash can position yourself anywhere and b3 will be in range after the fully charged blast. And if that's MY BnB combo from trait, it's not that great reactions.

First time I've seen someone do that. I guess it's no big deal. I still think that guy has a good zod overall though.

I think his opponents doesnt know how to block, thats why he keeps on getting in that easy without even using trait mixups and stuff.
