Tyrant for sure- Dude is a beast and I think if it was Bane or DD he had mained from Day 1 instead of Grundy his results would be much better.

PL- Not from his character, but lack of one. If he had a solid main like Lao in MK9 and then used supporters he'd be better. Scorpion just wouldn't cut it no matter who had the sticks and by now it's too late.

Forever King- A more extreme version of PL. I don't think he even has a character anymore, just constant counter picking. I think at this point it's working against him because playing with 18 characters will never be as effective as mastering a select few.

Instead of always making these threads with theories, why not try and communicate with these guys and see if they'll do a side/hotel room tourney at the next major, where they all pick someone other than their main that they're competent with? I think something like that would speak louder than this guessing game this community always plays. Plus, it would be entertaining to see such an event in my opinion.

I do think that actually. Talent is talent, ill say it straight up: Sonic Fox has better fundamentals than people who have been playing fighting games before he was born.

There might be 10 other characters better. Martian, Aqua, Zod, batgirl, flash, bane, Sinestro, Wonder Woman, deathstroke. I think he is 10th but even then batman and doomsday are in that competition. mostly because GL has quite a few disadvantage matchups. He's like a slightly better Nightwing. His matchup chart doesn't tell the whole story though, He's still a great character.

i think just because sonic fox wins everything with batgirl, people are mistakenly thinking that she is the best character in the game. there are two characters definitively better than batgirl.

GL has too many 3-7s and all of his 7-3s are debatable 6-4s. And he gets 7-3'd (might be 6-4s in the future) by Sinestro,and MMH and ZOD. which are characters that you can run into in tournament pretty easily. He has advantages against some common characters like batman, and maybe Aquaman though. Deathstroke has no 3-7s and does well against all top tiers and DS is better than batman.

The greatest example of any player ever being carried by a character is kevodaman in mk9 with Kabal.

Some might say if he used another char he would have gotten "pieced up".

Well, when I was playing online seriously I was using pre-patch Black Adam and I was steam rolling people. Then, when I decided to main Sinestro I was getting bodied by Green Arrow players. So, I guess you could say that I was carried.


Still have a 2 to 1 win loss. Pretty successful career if you ask me...

Ppj held back for going for swag and not optimal combos/set ups. Although he's super entertaining.

Rico dropped the game seriously so it's pretty eh with him.

Ducky if only NRS realized she needed a better overhead string then the one she has. Also you know a wake up would've been nice.

Darth arma is being held back. Before people attack me for downplaying let me explain. How many times have we seen him get eliminated from a tournament by aquaman? That match is horrific for batman and I genuinely think if he had put more work in with bane as a secondary he would be fine, but he likes being a character specialist.
Also, I can only imagine his face when he sees people saying Rico lol
