    you can if you want, honestly, i did lots of tests, there really is no significant differences between chars. There are some characters, however that have godlk JIPs. Like scorpion.

    If you know anyone that carpools let me know, I'll gladly help with the expense. I'd love to met/go to GGA and level up. HAN has seen where I live, I traded my Hitbox for his TE-S. It's near Golfmill/Glenview barely outside Niles.
