Prohibitive Minds think alike. Good work last night. The best part was right after we beat the Nightfall Strike when Ducky immediately started saying "REVIVE ME" over and over.

Really likes to throw things at you.
I like the orb things floating around my head for beating the weekly nightfall... also the Queens Wrath is hands down the best way to get acendant shards atm.

I just cant wait to see the next tier of gear... hopefully being vanguard rank 5 and having 300 marks will mean something soon lol.

Grats guys! I got my first taste of ToG last night. It didn't go so well like you guys but learned a lot. Hoping to keep in touch with them and do more runs :)

Man, these Queen's Wrath missions are too good. Guaranteed legendaries for each completion. Last night I got a legendary helmet, chest piece and a ship called Chasing Infinity. Really glad I never wasted my money on a ship because now I have an incredibly badass looking one.

Also, make sure you participate in the new bounty available:

They should have made it give more rep since whoever doctored this picture decided to make it give a ridiculous amount of XP but barely any rep. =P

A list of hotfixes applied recently.

Woooow. They even made it to where you don't get Ascendant Shards from the legendary items you acquire via the Queen's Wrath bounties/missions.

I'm more pissed they made it so you can't get ascendant shards from queen's bounties. There is absolutely no point in doing them now.

Also Eld want to get a Vault of Glass group going for Xbox 360? Trying to get a consistent one but people keep not wanting to do it with me =(

Maybe soon. I've barely been playing lately. Now, with the removal of something I actually enjoyed doing, I'm less inclined to play the game even more. -.- Or maybe I just burned myself out, I dunno. We'll get something arranged.

I can show you the world my friend. I'm in complete WoW mode with this game so I know pretty much every in and out now.

They need to raise the amount of glimmer you can have, 25000 glimmer is nice but after all the bounties dismantling my stuff and using consumables, I should be getting more.

FML.....why the hell would they make it so you can't get materials from breaking down the equips...............................I can kind of understand the cave, but I don't understand why the hell Bungie wants me to hold onto 500 of the queen's robes........

All of my stuff didn't come from farming the cave, dude. You're not being a dick, you're being ignorant. :|

I simply burned myself out early on by excessively playing the game. It happens. I didn't mind doing all my bounties (excluding Crucible ones) every single day every day that I played. Now, I do maybe one or two and shut off my console. I don't do the random Strikes anymore, the daily heroic, the weekly heroic, and so on. I haven't even touched the cave prior to this fix for the last 3-4 days.

The main reason I farmed the cave to begin with was to level up my Cryptarch, not to actually acquire gear from it. I just got lucky that I got a two pieces from it (as either drops or leveling up my Cryptarch). The other legendaries I got were from actually working for them (Marks, Strange Coins, etc).

Hopefully this means they are going to adress the RNG drop system, Bounties you are unable to complete, and adding more end-game content in the coming week or 2. Other than that all I can do is just do my daily bounties and have a life for the time being.

Destiny: The Cave
The social experience of a cave farming run is amazing: the herding to get a team of Guardians all behind the line and firing in the right direction, the rush to grab the loot, the scramble when the panic wave starts, the beckoning glow from inside the cave. The speed at which the community organized around this activity was inspiring and humbling to us.

But shooting at a black hole for hours on end isn't our dream for how Destiny is played. Our hope is that social engagement in public spaces is only one part of the Destiny experience. Expect changes soon which decrease the efficiency of cave farming and correspondingly increase engram drops from completing activities.

I will say this

They better get on the new content sooner rather than later.

The entire point is to play WITH PEOPLE....... yet the harder things to do, they don't have matchmaking (nightfall/weekly heroic) and they don't really give out the right stuff with the engrams.

Personally i'm stuck because of the non matchmaking on the stuff that actually has matchmaking. strike playlist has matchmaking.... but the daily/weekly/nightfall doesnt. I'm baffled.

I have pretty much maxed out all my rare equipment and I've lost interest in the game :( Didn't even last a month.
