Huge Eagles fan, pumped for the season and can't wait to see Jordan Matthews in our receiving corps along with hopefully a healthy Maclin. I think our offense will be great again, but I am still pretty skeptical about our defense. Hopefully new additions will help, but I really wish we added more depth in the secondary :/. Excited to see what Marcus Smith can do in the 3-4 defense as well. Him and Kendricks flying around should be really fun to watch.
we should of atleast tried to trade up for haha clinton dix...Dude was even interested in us

It might, but I'm confident enough in the team this year that it wouldn't surprise me if we finally have a winning record.
A winning record for the browns is very doubtful. There are too many teams bunches up in that B-tier range in the AFC for the browns to make a big jump like that without gordon

I am a KC Chiefs fan, a big one. My area here at the studio has a ton of KC Chiefs stuff. Last year was great (the Colts game was the closest i've been to crying over a sporting event though) This year is going to be tough, our schedule is stacked. hoping for 10-6....gonna be tough.

Jared Allen and Lamar

Couple things.

-Ratliff immediately made an impact the first game he started for us last year. He's proven he can make plays for us in the game's he has played. So yes I remember he was cut, but that's irrelevant. What he's shown us so far has been positive.

-Jared Allen past his prime? Again, that's an assumption. He still posted double digit sacks last year and has done so every year. Don't forget, his veteran presence/leadership will have a significant impact on this team as well.

-New CB Kyle Fuller looks promising. The other two CB's you have are two pro bowlers (Jennings and Tillman)

-I believe in Jay Cutler 100%. Jay is one of the popular players to criticize and nitpick at for uneducated football fans and uneducated analysts. but I've watched every snap he's taken in the regular season for the Chicago Bears. This guy is the real deal. Do I trust him? Yes, but he has to stay healthy. The season depends on it. I also think Trestman brings out the best in Jay.

-As for the guy's he's throwing the ball to. Marshall, Alshon Jefferey, Martellus Bennet (Don't sleep on this guy, he's made some big plays in some big moments for this team) I think that list kind of speaks for itself. Although, don't be dissapointed if Alshon doesn't have a record breaking monster year, Bears fans. He's only played a year and a half of football so far.

-Forte in the ground game is the perfect back to compliment the passing attack and if he can play at his usual level, and STAY HEALTHY. Few teams will be able to slow down the bears O.

-Offensive line needs to continue to play at the consistency of last year or things will get ugly fast.

That's all for now. God damn I'm hyped for this season.
We're playing the NFC North for the first time in a LONG time, so I'm psyched for some great games up there.

Hopefully we'll put up more of a fight than the last trouncing we got from the Pats at Soldier Field in the snow. That game was a mess.

I like our matchups against the rest of the AFC east though.

MK1 is the best MK period.
Cheatriots? You gotta let that shit go, brother. That's pretty disrespectful to all the players and staff who weren't apart of that incident. Belichick should've been ousted when that whole thing happened, IMO, and not just handed that slap on the wrist. But to hold every single current player responsible is just asinine and childish. Don't be that guy.
never held them responsible i hate the team the organization the uniforms the logo FUCK EM...

We had a league last year, put in 10 dollars per person and champ walked away with 70 I believe. Also had a pickem league for 5 dollars weekly.

Guys. Let's get 12-20 teams total for a fantasy league. NFL.com says up to 20 teams. It has to be an even number. Players will be scarce, but it'll still be awesome with a league that big. $10 a pop. 1st 2nd and 3rd gets 70%/20%/10% split If you are in. Send me a PM and I'll start a list. I'll create a league on either Yahoo or NFL.com. We'll set a time where we can all make a online draft work. And let's have some fun. Yeah?

Yeah...good times. Lol. I think those days are coming to an end in New England, though. Brady is still great, but he is definitely on the decline.
I dunno man. The Pats had a makeshift receiving core last year and they still got pretty far...

37 for a QB is like 30 for a WR with how medicine and nutrition is nowadays compared to even 10-15 years ago. I'd say Brady has a solid 3-5 years left unless he gets hurt again.

20 team league is deeeeeeeeeep, might need to be an auction draft and PPR.

He'll always be Brady, but unless we get some uber-talent for the deep balls, I don't see him putting up the numbers that Peyton did last season. Still, Brady can be so clutch...Last season, it was mostly our run game that got us down the field, so we'll see

If anyone wants to help me get these team spots full for the fantasy league, just let me know. DetroitBalln said for me to sign him up. @Compbros are you in? I forgot who else said they're in. Hence why I need help. Lol.

Josh Huff is another Rookie WR to keep an eye on for Philly. He played in Chip Kelly's offense at NCAA so learning the playbook (which is probably the biggest reason most rookie WR's come up short) wont be an issue. I own Huff already on my dynasty team.

16 Teams is about as deep as I would go for a testyourmight league in which probably half will quit half way anyways. To be honest 12 is probably just about right. If more than 12 hardcore FF players want in a second 12 team league should probably be created.

I didn't really like the pick when they made it tbh. I thought Huff would go in the 5th or 6th round or maybe even undrafted. I am sure Kelly has some trust in him already and he is familiar with pieces of the offense and how plays are called so you are right that should help. I just wish we could have got a better 3rd round prospect (LIKE SOMEONE ELSE IN THE SECONDARY) and taken him later.

Philly is not deep at WR at all so I get why they did what they did.
He's built like a RB (solid. no homo btw). He will contribute right away in Special teams and hes a great run blocker as well...
I thought the pick was ok (not great but probably a B grade for me) because Maclin isnt the most durable WR around and if he goes down you got essentially have just Cooper, Matthews and Huff.

The Eagles are going to most likely run the ball more than any other team again this year. They were Top 5 in attempts last year and #1 in yardage. I dont see that changing this year, in fact they will run even more. There is a reason most fantasy experts like Shady McCoy as the #1 player off the board because of how much the Eagles will run this year(despite Sproles being in the mix-slighty) and of course Shady is just nasty. Trust me I think you will grow to like Huff.

Yeah I don't think he will be terrible, I just thought we could have got him way later and helped the defense out with that pick. With that said I like a few other players they got on D that can hopefully help us out this year because watching the defense last year made me want to throw up.

Yeah I was really hoping we would have done that too, I was really emo about it when we traded out but hopefully Marcus Smith ends up being a beast and we can all have a few HaHa's about it later on.
