eff= Effect. They usually say that when they're activating their monster's effect.

Yeah, like the above said, it's "effect". In real life, you're supposed to ask for a response, I believe, for summons, effects, etc. So when someone says "eff?", they're pretty much asking if you have a response, like veiler, maxx c, solemn, etc. It just helps speed up the game instead of just waiting for the opponent to do something in response to you.

Yeah but winning in two turns is kind of lame, no offence. I prefer my opponent not to summon synchro monsters against me with effects like, "You can tribute any number of cards on your side of the field to deal damage to your opponents life points for each card x800" or "When this card is destroyed, return it to your side of the field next turn" or "When this card is destroyed, you can special summon 1 warrior monster from your graveyard and this card gains 100 attack for every warrior in your graveyard" and it already is a warrior monster with 3000 attack.
I just got in a long argument today with somebody who used XYZ monsters on me. I was like first of all, on my lobby it states, "No Synchros or XYZ please." So why would you even join my lobby and use a and XYZ monster? Second of all, he was trying to tell me that he can attack with his XYZ monster and both the two monsters it overlayed. I was like bullshit. It's all one monster, I'm not a retard. Third of all, he tried telling me that since XYZ monsters technically have no level and only have stars, when he uses a card that pertains to monsters on his field and their levels, he gets to choose the level of his XYZ monster.... I was like dude just get the fuck out of my lobby. I'm not admitting defeat to that bullshit lol.

And that Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon is a crazy card, when you use it in a dragon deck it can be very scary. I heard rumors that it might hit the ban list though. So you can take a picture of your screen at any time during a battle? That's awesome

But I like Dragons because they look cool. They can do damage! Wow I am such a nerd. 
I play with my friend all the time. He uses the cheap Six samurai deck. That deck is really good if you use it properly. Once you get Shi En out, it takes a long time to get back on track with his effect. I use a dragon and my deck can be cheap too with Red Eyes effect.
