Your buff and nerf predictions

I don't think any wakeup U3's should be punishable on block. I'd entertain the idea but there's no rhyme or reason to any of these values. It runs the spectrum of Geras who is -10, to Kollector who is also -10, to Frost who is -13. Meanwhile Scorpion is -2 with hella range. So, I expect some "normalization" to these values.

I actually like that some are more negative but in the examples you gave you are right it doesn’t make sense. I believe kabals is -10, which makes sense cuz of the range.

All I know is I want fewer nerfs to characters and more buffs to lower tiers. I'd hate to see characters like even Geras or Sonya get butchered to the point of "why use?". I thought about typing up an in-depth breakdown of what I would consider a reasonable balance update for every character but I don't expect many to read it lol.

My QOL wish list really. Predicting Nrs is a lol. They're clueless for the first year.

Kollector - s3 starts up at 9 frames and is -1 on block so you can actually stagger it.
Bola slightly faster so he can convert combos on hit at all ranges
B1 down to -5

Frost

S1 s2 s3 d3 f2 and b3(2) hitboxes fixed.
B1 down to 12 frame startup and -2 on block
Ice bomb hitbox doubled. (If you think double is a stretch go and look at it)
Ice scythe needs to be significantly faster or safe

Johnny

Bf2 hits high on females
F4 -1 on block
B2 11 frames.

Scorpion:

Teleport a high
F3 negative on block.

Erron:

F4 no meterburn on whiff
Regular f4 -18 on block
Meterburn no longer pushes back
Scud shot 5 frames more recovery

Geras:

F212 -5 on block
Damage reduction on all of his KBs
Sand trap more recovery on whiff.
Belly flop slower startup or hitbox reduction

Sonya

Damage nerf
5f recovery more on rings

Minus 2. It's the least reactable mid stagger in the game from what I've seen. Every high level scorpion game I've seen hinges around f3 staggers.
