I can't confirm anything on his armor , I jus got pics of his individually attacks with move data , and even that may change by release , a few of his moves don't even have data listed yet

In case anyone wants to know, Smoke has armor on his ex teleport and ex invisibility. And he also can't use his spear two times in one combo.

From what I saw, it has armor regardless of the state you're in. So yeah, you can use it as an armored reversal.
