What do you guys think, is injustice worthy of a sequel. Do you feel that NRS presented you the consumer with a game worthy of more?

Much like MVC3 SF or the MK series, all of them had sequels for good or bad they all had their shot at more sucess in a new extended or reworked version of the same.

From the massive amount of requests i always see for a huge number of diferent characters as DLC i believe everyone is interest in atleast having more characters, a wider rooster to pick from if you will. So is the answer to a sequel the addition of Maps and characters much like UMVC3 did with vanila or would you guys like a reworked game keeping the good this has but adding a lot more to the story and stars labs stuff and even character specific stuff. Let me know im very interest in what the TYM community thinks about this.

I honestly think there will be. Pre-release there was so much hype, then the amount sold was significantly good.
Tournament showings/turn-outs have been good.
DLC has been such a viable option to the extent that they are considering a second season pass due to fan demand.

However, I think it's too early to tell also. I mean if the game gets nerfed catastrophically or the pro-scene dies maybe this will have some effect. But the casual response to the game has been massive. I think game sales alone combined with the DLC sales means there will be a sequel. Not before MK10 or anything else, just that there will be one.

I'd be all in if this became the next long running franchise much like SF or MK. Theres so many more characters to bring in, story to tell. The skies the limit with how much they have to work with. But yeah, a sequel would be very nice to see in a few years.

Yes pls make a 2on2 option...if not for tournaments but for fun, u dont even have to make tag attacks just a button so the other guy can come in...me and my friends just loved to play 2 on 2s.

By the way NRS already stated that because of the sales from Injustice on the first month that it's already justified to make a sequel in the future. Here's to hoping it isn't 2v2.

I would say no because the game is basically a modified MK9. Story mode is easily forgettable. No worthwhile unlockables in the game. Almost exact copy of MK9 online with little too no improvements. Leaderboards have no value because of all the modded ranks. And the one thing NRS can never do without in their games is have a women with a man's jaw line. If they make a sequel they need to start from scratch instead of basing it off of MK.

Yeah the can make it so they fight another elseworld where Batman was killed & Superman gets all dark & broody & takes over as Batman....then goes evil ...and has to fight strapped at the wrist to someone else because SuperBat is to powerful...

I think they should switch the format to tag for the sequel. Can you imagine the hype? A character is in mid combo, hits a wall bounce, and the other character comes in to finish the combo? It may not be original, but it would work amazingly in this game.

Publishers usually pressure developers into making sequels when the sales are good.

If I remember correctly, the sales for Injustice have been excellent, so we will no doubt see a sequel in the future. After MK10 on course, and no Doubt will be next gen.

Their games would get even worse because they'll just cram it full of casual shit in even less time than they already have.

They should spend more time on their games, not less.

I hope if they do make a second one, they waste less time on stuff like Star Labs and story mode and make extra stages and actual features that promote longevity. Once I finished with star labs and story I don't use it again but I get stuck playing on Atlantis another 10,000 times before I'll quit this game probably.
